I was procrastinating a bit with dress shopping , 4 months away from my wedding. I took advantage of their sale they have yearly and found quite a few "off the rack" dresses. My attendant listened to what I was looking for and also pulled a few dresses that I wasn't, but dresses look different on the rack than on someone. There are so many pretty dresses to choose from. After trying on about 4 or 5 dresses, I found the one! "My princess dress." Also purchased a veil and jewel piece to go with. Customer service was great and helpful. The woman who helped me was so down-to-earth and friendly. She was so complimentary, but she also let me know if some of the dresses weren’t quite my style or were less flattering. I really appreciated how honest and genuine she was—it was so helpful in figuring out what I wanted! She pinned up each dress carefully so that it looked fitted—and she did a great job with working in my color scheme and budget.
Admittedly, I did have trouble finding a discounted price in size 2 (surprise, surprise), so I custom ordered from somewhere else, but my friends and I had such a positive experience here that I had to leave a review.

I bought my wedding dress here and had a great experience! Definitely ask for Ms. Darlene! She was so kind and patient. She pinned my dresses perfectly! She also recommended a great place for my alterations. At other bridal stores, I felt a little awkward, but I felt very comfortable here.

If you want the best experience ever, skip Brides and Bells in Tyler, Texas and take the drive to Dallas to visit Anna Bè Bridal Boutique. They are amazing and work with your bride to be to make her visit memorable.
This was our experience with Brides and Belles in Tyler, Texas.
This past Monday, along with my excited daughter, the bride to be, we arrived at Brides and Belles to try on and possibly pick out a wedding dress. IT WAS AWFUL!!
The lady helping my daughter was just not into helping us. She didnt pick dresses that were in my daughters size and didn't even clip them so we could see what a good fit would look like. The dresses just hung off her. AND it was sooooo hot in that shop that my 6 year old niece nearly passed out. We asked for water and were told they didn't offer drinks. The lady doing alterations, thankfully, offered us a bottle water from her private belongings. Then my daughter asked my niece for a swallow as she was getting hot as well and the lady helping us about came unglued!! She berated my daughter for taking a sip of water with the wedding dress on and proceeded to shame her for taking a sip of water so she didn't pass out.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DRESS SHOP WHATSOEVER!!
They are Rude and unprofessional and did not provide a good experience at all.

My daughter had her appointment today. Unfortunately, she was body shamed. Another young lady, was also body shamed, as my daughter could clearly, hear the conversations.
This is unacceptable!
Apparently, if you are bigger, than a size 10, per the employee, you really don’t need too shop there.
Shame on you, for degrading women!!!

We went there to find a bridal dress for my mother and we were welcomed by a woman who automatically seemed maybe disgusted or disappointed to see us we were eventually seated and my mother was questioned about certain things and finally she was put in the first dress and my mother accidentally slipped on a piece of fabric and instead of asking if she was okay she was questioned about damaging the fabric and ignored about her health or safety thank God she was okay but afterwards my mother pointed out things she didn't like and did and every time she disliked something the lady would roll her eyes and gasp for air I am disappointed I even have to bring this up but she was racist aswell I'm sad to say such place with so many beautiful options have such a awful person working for them hoping next time I do come here I'll have a different experience (the one star is for how gorgeous the dresses were)

I went to this location 3 different times to find a find a dress for my son’s wedding and not once did anyone speak to me or try to help me. I could have understood if they had been busy but not one customer was in there at any time I went in to shop.

I personally loved my experience with Brides and Belles! The seamstress did have to reschedule a lot, but she also had a lot going on at the time. She is absolutely amazing so it was worth it. The staff here was always super welcoming and I loved how my dress turned out!

Well I went Saturday to try wedding dress all I had 1 Half an hour and I balery had try 2 dressing but I need more time and plus it’s packing I think they should of take 2 people try dress not all packing and have time too try them dress not russhing

Lots of dresses/sizes to choose from for Prom to Wedding. Sale/Clearance options and shop owner and associates went out of their way to help. Highly recommend.

I had previously had a bad experience at another shop while looking for dresses. When I came to brides and belles they were so helpful and excited to help me find my dress. I did not feel pressured in any way, but rather was heard and understood in what I was wanting and they did their best to help me find it. I was not rushed or pressured to make a decision and I felt that they truly wanted me to love what I picked. I felt seen and prioritized the whole time. I can’t recommend them enough!!
