Did not find what I was looking for but I was greeted as I entered and the greeter got on the radio to Yeretzy who worked in the department I was headed to. She was told to be on the lookout and she was. She helped me try on several pairs of shoes but they just did not feel right so I thanked Yeretzy for her help and left. Everyone was very helpful but especially Yeretzy.

I was greeted by friendly staff who explained how to earn back dollars from store purchases. They are very knowledgeable about their products. The clothes are western themed and reasonably priced for men, women and children. I was impressed by the number of boot types and sizes. The belts are highly recommended. Genuine stones in silver were available in ladies jewelry. I felt valued as a customer.

10 OUT OF 10 ALL ACROSS THE BOARD! The quality of service was excellent! Everybody was happy to answer any questions I had, helped me find solutions if the thing I was looking for wasn't there, and overall talked to me like I was an old friend with a smile on their faces the entire time. Came here after a very bad expirience at Cavenders and am I glad I did! The store itself is good as well dont get me wrong, good selections, good prices, nothing too different from your average western store, but the guest experience was beyond exceptional and that means everything to me after a long day. Only shopping here now for western wear. Yall have such wonderful staff, truly thank you for making me feel welcome.
