The women who work there are only doing what the owner makes them do, but there are a lot of sneaky tricks and deceptive trade practices they are put up to implement. Giving the wrong phone, ..adding insurance WITHOUT permission or informing the customer.. cutting the corporate return window by several days so if you didn't see you got the wrong phone until 6 days later even after ADMITTING they gave you the wrong phone.. you're "stuck" with it ! I highly recommend going elsewhere... even if you still want to go with Boost.. online might be a better experience. I'm so disappointed I may picket the business.

As a new customer to Boost I was offered nothing but respect and good communication the Manager there Kim she is amazing she took her time with me answering every question that I had to ask and believe you me I had some questions and she did an amazing job with the question and everything else I left out of the place feeling appreciated and satisfied that I had made the switch you all need more Management people like her I look forward to staying with this company a very long time.
