I traded my first car I bought on my own to BMW pre-owned dealership and got a Mercedes that I LOVED from Travis. A little later I found out I was pregnant and I had such a great experience I went back and traded for a used BMW X3 and let me say, THAT 2017 BMW X3 was the most dependable thing I have ever had. It had over 120,000 miles on it and I never had issues. NOW-- two years later-- I'm rolling around in a 2024 BMW x3 that Travis helped me get into. It is so beautiful and drives like a dream. (: Will forever be a customer.

Back in late April I purchased a 2022 jeep grand Cherokee from BMW of Tyler. I really liked the SUV and decided to test drive it. Jeff was the salesman I drove 2 hours to go see it, he told me I needed to come fast before it sales. When my brother and I arrived, the car was there. It was in pretty good condition; however, it did need somebody repairs and Jeff assured me that if I purchased it would be taken care off and that the car had been thoroughly checked out. I decided to purchase it. Brad who works in service took over the body repairs it took a couple of more extra days because the body shop made some mistakes however, Brad made sure it got done correctly. A week later I noticed that this car was making a knocking noise, and I recorded the video, so I had proof of it. I contacted Brad and expressed my concerns seeing as if I’d only had this car a couple of months. He told me since I was so far away that it would best to take to my local dealership and have them check it out. And get back to him. So, I contacted Jeep, and they asked for me to leave the car for several days so they could diagnosis this issue. I have school and work I can’t leave my car a few days waiting for a diagnosis. And on top of that I was going to be responsible for paying for the diagnostic fee which is $210 and that is only waived if I decide to let Jeep fix it. I called the dealership back to speak to Brad and left a message because he was unavailable and never received a call back. Therefore, the next time I called the dealership I asked to speak to the manager over service his name was Brandon. He told me that because it wasn’t a BMW and that I didn’t have any extended warranty they weren’t going to do anything about this issue. I’m very very disappointed I trusted in Jeff and the BMW dealership to sale me a car that was as promised I’ve only had this car 4 months and I’m already having issues. They should have never ever sold me a vehicle that wasn’t thoroughly checked out. I WLL NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone! I am now faced with a very expensive repair bill for an issue that wasn’t dealt with in the beginning. The car needs motor mounts which is over a $1000. Jeff knew this before selling the car he neglected to tell me because he just wanted to make a sale. Don't buy any cars from here because this will happen to you also. I will make sure to blast this all-over social media!

I can't thank the staff of BMW of Tyler enough for making my transaction and communication with them, the most clear and concise I could ask for. Huge huge thank you to everyone involved, from Payton, to Jim, to Rhonda, but most importantly Ms. Asia Andrews! She rocked to work with and would always answer any questions I had in the most timely manner. Got me my dream car today, and it couldn't have happened without everyone here. 5/5⭐️!

Service was a sham. Before I came to the dealership I had just received brakes, rotors and 2 new tires. I scheduled an appointment for my control arm. I was told by Patrick Allen that , the center would be able to service my vehicle that day. Patrick stated I needed an alignment 300.00 and then fix the control are, then another alignment after part was placed on vehicle,
totalling at 1700.00. They had the parts in stocks. I waited in the lobby for 2-3 hrs. Patrick returns to tell me there tell me with another female that there was nothing wrong with my control arms, I just needed an alignment. Not true, I listened to their lies. They charged me 330.00 for alignment that was not needed. They state the vehicle was almost perfect just 1 notch off, so they adjust it. Still lies, there was no need for a new alignment. I leftvthe dealership. Today AUGUST 3 I return to Tyler for work, my vehicle is still making the noise. I went into Christian Brothers and they tell my I need driver and passenger control arms. That his what is causing tge noise. I was quoted 2600.00. BMw is in the business of lies and robbing ppl of their hard earned money. I wouldn't recommend taking my vehicle back to them for anything. I have also reported them to the Better business and Filed a claim at Texas Dept of Motor Vehicle.

We purchased the BMW X7 2025 series today and were helped by Client Advisor, Asim Ashraf. Asim answered all the questions we had and was very patient with us. Also met with the owner, Jim Teeter, who was extremely humble and generous. Very positive experience with the BMW team. Thank you for making our purchasing experience a memorable one! If you are looking to purchase a BMW, drive by BMW Tyler today!

On Saturday July 13, I accompanied my best-friend to purchase a certified pre-owned BMW 5 series. We did our due diligence on extensively researching this vehicle, it was in within his year, color, features, and price point so we drove nearly 2 hours to test drive it. He was super excited about purchasing his first BMW.
When we arrived a salesman name Tony assisted us. He pulled the vehicle up and we noticed a few imperfections like several chips/cracks in the front windshield, and something like bondo or some type of white adhesive on the interior passenger door frame. We returned on Tuesday, July 15th, and we pointed those things out and asked of the price could be reduced by $1k. Tony spoke to the manager Bill/Bob and he lowered the price by $498.00. We asked if they would replace the windshield and he said no., but agreed to fill the many many chips and cracks. Who wants a new car with a chipped windshield? We asked if he could lower the price by an additional $500 to get a new windshield, which would cost about $700, he said no. Tony's demeanor changed and he appeared to become aggravated that we had these requests. Manager Bill/Bob came out to inspect the trade in, did not greet us at all. Drove the vehicle off and that was that. I am not accustomed to going to any place of business and not be greeted. Business only continues to exist, because of customers, no customers, no job!
We are aware that this is a pre-owned vehicle, but the level of customer service we received was less than spectacular. I am not sure if the customer service was poor because he was buying used vs new, or we are black, or what, but based on the energy and tone Tony spoke to us in I would not ever buy or recommend anyone to do business with this dealership based off of the poor level of customer service we received. As a proud member of the Sewell brand, they would never treat a customer, new or used, in this manner! When we contracted over at the new auto's side, it was like night and day. There was a very noticeable increase in the kindness and level of customer service we received. Upon leaving we stopped and had a new windshield installed, nearly $800.00.
I have a high following of trusted google reviews, and I would strongly suggest that you look for your pre-owned BMW purchase elsewhere, this is not the place to get the red-carpet treatment! Sometimes it is the principle of the matter. This one customer could have brought in so many referrals, but it seems like customer service, making a customer happy, and creating a relationship where he would become a repeat customer, is a thing of the past.

I can’t recommend enough Savannah Smith @ BMW of Tyler. I ordered my vehicle last year. Even though there was delay due to factory supply issues, she kept me in the loop all along. The very reason why I went to Tyler to get a new vehicle and avoided local metro Dallas dealers is because this team had the time for customer. There is just honesty and integrity with entire team at BMW of Tyler.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid all the sales pitch and just head to BMW of Tyler and ask for Savannah Smith. She is the best.
This is car buying as good as it gets!

My wife and I bought a new X5 from Tyler BMW. TR was a great salesman and gave us a very fair deal. This was our first purchase of a car from them. She loves the car but I noticed a slight fit problem on the rear fascia. We took it in to get repaired, and I won't go into details but it was much more of a problem than we first suspected. Brad Murphy the Service Advisor really stepped up and made this experience with Tyler BMW one that has sold us on the dealership. These guys are good at what they do. Unfortunately you don't seem to see great service like that very often today. But these guys deliver.

I flew out and bought a 2020 M340i from them and the buying experience was like no other dealership I've been to. It truly felt like home. My salesman, Patrick, was a real stand up guy and gave me superb information about the car I was buying. The owner, Jim, also greeted us with open arms and was really appreciative for taking a flight to buy a car from them. Rhonda also was very informative and answered all my loan and warranty questions.
There were a couple of issues I've ran into with the car but Jim and Patrick were understanding and were able to reimburse and fix all the issues I ran into.
TLDR: Astonishing buying experience and very friendly buying experience. Issues I ran into were resolved completely and handled perfectly. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family looking for BMWs.

Buyer , If Doing business here please use extreme caution! They were promising the moon and will not deliver. Then you’ll have your vehicle worked on in a month later they’ll tell you you owe them more money.

Extremely disappointed. I made an appointment for an oil change- drove 70+miles to be told I couldn’t get the service under the service agreement because BMW did not show the service was due. They Guy printed 7 pages but ignored I was traveling for more than one hour to tell me that and avoid me making the trip. Will NEVER go back- he did not even apologize.
