Some of the friendliest people in East Texas. Great selection and top-notch service. I highly recommend giving them your business rather than the big box chains like Lowe's or HD.

This is the closest place to my shop for hardware and such, and they haven't failed me yet whenever I need something on short notice or just don't feel like driving all the way into Tyler. Thank you for the great friendly service.

I’ve been several times and have always had a good experience. They have just about everything and I was told they’d soon have lumber for purchase. Customer service was great! Who I assume is the owner is always knowledgeable on any questions I have and has provided good advice when asked. My 6 year old son always likes coming here with me

No customer service from the owner Was a girl there once who was very helpful, but haven't seen her again. I really want to support local businesses, but I will drive to Home Depot before I set foot in this store again.I k ew that you respond incorrectly and as the victim. I was not mad because you didn't give me a refund. I was upset because you would not get of the phone on a personal call and help me load some potting soil. Hence parking by the potting soil. You told me you didn't have time to help me. There was no one in the store. You could have just said you were sorry, but that goes along with customer service. I was fine with no refund. I just told you to throw it away. I did tell the people at HD about you

Local hardware store that gives great customer service and can get your questions answered other than Lowes and etc where you need to have someone called over the intercom for help and they still don't come.

Great local store! Always have great service and excellent selections for this size store. I find it shame that some people and I do mean some, will hurt a store rating over personal feelings or they feel their time is more important than others. Disregard those people, this is straight up a 5 star place!

I have used this hardware store a couple times since they have opened and it is well ran. The people are helpful and friendly. I will continue to use this store indefinitely. Way better than those large stores in Tyler, you know the ones on Broadway and also on the loop. These people don't run from the customers but stop to help. Saves time and money.

I have been to a lot of hardware stores in ETX, and never have I met a whinier store owner. I will just drive to Tyler rather than buy anything from this guy. Guy has a persecution complex a mile long, and it effects the service instore.
