The worst customer care I have ever encountered. It was so unpleasant and odd how we were there to spend money and how poorly we were treated. My father and husband came and the young man who was the salesman was great it was the person (lady) in charge. The young men who helped us load were also a great help. I brought this place business and will never shop here again. We shopped around to find a price we could afford and this place was the only one, if the price was not in our range we wouldn't have shopped there! It's an awful shame how mean and hateful people can treat their customers. I would never let someone like that run a place of business. She is unpleasant, rude, and acted very childlike when handling situations. While discussing the payment plan she spoke very loudly and made me very uncomfortable. I could go on all day, but ill stop here! I have worked in customer service my whole life this was beyond a disgrace to customer care.

I bought a bed, nightstand, and living room corner table. I brought the corner table home when I bought it but had the bed delivered. After it was set up, I noticed marks on it. He said they were there when I bought it. It wasn't on sale nor clearance, it was full price and the marks were not there when I bought it. The customer service in the store was great but I'm very disappointed in the set up. They scared the bed and basically said o well it was there when you bought it.

Absolutely the best customer service. I like to try and be a haggler and get the best deals I can. The owner and her staff are always ready to haggle back, not to mention they haven’t had any trouble getting our furniture in stock even during the pandemic. Always friendly and great prices. I don’t know a lot about furniture but this is my and my wife’s furniture store now.
