Manager "Jenn" won't honor exchange of phone ordered by corporate...and I also had trouble with the little boy at the Geek Squad counter at this store. But there are many other options for buying a phone. This location is bad news.
UPDATE: Corporate called back. Not only did they arrange for the exchange, but she gave me $100 off the new phone that I was wanting. No thanks to the Tyler store, I got everything accomplished.

I spent $13,000 dollars at this location and, I spent extra to have the Geek Squad warranty which is a joke, I have a problem with my Denon receiver, from what I was told here a more expensive receiver because I wanted no issues, as soon as the sound system was installed I have had issues, Geek Squad had to come out to my house on 3 different occasions trying to fix it, they explained if it happened again, I would have to have it replaced, the Geek Squad told me I had to bring the receiver into the store, after my appointment I was told that instead of replacing it they have to send it off to be repaired and I will have to pay the Geek Squad to come out to install it once it is repaired, how is this customer service? Horrible in my opinion. Buyer beware.

Do you like a sparse store? Or....how about aloof employees? Better yet, items you arranged to pick up because they were "in stock" only to find they were never there? This is your store!! I get it, they're going out of business, I guess customers in store are causing it. Amazon here I come.

We purchased an HP laptop this afternoon and had various electronics questions when checking out. We met Mr Vinnie a young associate who was very profesional and patient with us, we were very impressed by his knowledge and helpful attitude, even his co worker asked questions on her customers behalf and Vinnie was very helpful. I would say he is a big asset to Best Buy we need more young people with similar professionalism. Looking forward to working with him again when making a purchase.

I was looking for a holder to screw on my tripod that would hold my ipad in place. Julia was extremely helpful and spent at least 20 minutes helping me find it. She looked on the phone several times looking up what exactly Best Buy carried with this model, compared the name brands, and really made sure I had the right model. If she continues that customer service I can see her moving up early in her career. Great job young lady!

Tyler store has the worst customer service and if you call customer service they can't connect you to the store.

Went in to get a laptop and received incredible customer service. I got exactly what I needed after spending 20 minutes with my helper. He sold me the right product for my needs vs pushing me to the most expensive.

Walked in, not many people in the store. Walked up to a desk and said I was looking for a cordless phone. The employee just points to the right side of the store and doesn’t say anything. I walk over that way and can’t find the phones. No one said a word to me on my way out to d business elsewhere. I have been a Best But customer for years. Not anymore.
