Friendly staff, lots of good stuff! Visited 05/262025. Nate was super helpful and I was able to purchase a TV and set up delivery in less than 5 minutes.

I was majorly disappointed with everything. Geek Squad was unable to help me. They didn't have hardly any items in the store, and their prices are absolutely ludicrous. My husband looked at their PS5 controllers selling for $200, when we found the same one at Walmart later for $60. But the employees were nice, the place seemed clean, and we were offered help right away.

Wife and I were looking at window units there, and met a genuinely caring sales man there named Alvin, he really understands the values and integrity of of his position, and that's how he treated us, so down to earth, and very knowledgeable as of what we were getting, struck up a friendship in the process- I cannot say anything about the other sales team, but we felt like we had the best!! Thank You Alvin!

I did not know that Best Buy has to send Apple products off to be fixed an do not have a in store warranty with Best Buy an it will take two weeks to come back so I’m without my beats for two weeks better off buying from some other stores that will resolve the issue in store with a exchange or refund I’m well within my warranty pulse I don’t live in Tyler
