The customer service from this location is greatly lacking. I called them on Monday and left a voicemail as I had a question about my book order. I never got a call back, I made sure to provide all of the relevant information in the voicemail including the order number. I had to call them again today as I ordered a book on June 1st, paid for next day and haven't received it.The bookstore didn't even pick the order until June 3rd which is two days after ordering it. Today, I spoke to someone and they said there was a delay in picking the book because the item was not in stock. Why not send a message letting the person who placed the order be aware they are unsure of when the book will be shipped? Why not take the time to keep the student up to date with this information? Why still charge the full price of next day shipping when the book wasn't even shipped until two days after placing the order? It has now been a week and the book was barely delivered today.Summer sessions are extremely short and everyday without the necessary textbook can truly affect the student's success in the class.

Can NEVER contact the store to see if books are in stock. CONSTANTLY getting answering machine. Can not ensure books are in stock before making the trip there.

Beautiful store with a super helpful staff. Fairly easy to find on campus but parking is an issue as UT Tyler is revamping most of the campus.

There is always something good in the cafe. Snacks, a light meal, tea and coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful and the prices are great. They also have stationary and other notions. This is my #1 hangout.

Easy to order your books from here, it connects to your UT Tyler account so you they tell you what books you need for your classes. Rent used is a nice option because its cheaper, and most orders come in before classes start. I always order my books from here, its easy and cheap.
