So you're only open 10 to 4 now, you have hardly any branches anymore to walk into. I still can't get my legal name changed because something that takes literally 5 minutes and I've gone into a branch 5 times to do,I was told I need to wait over 3 hours each time. Then you tell someone in the reviews who says they want to do things in person and not online to reach out to the social media team!? How incompetent are you???!! Apparently a lot! BY THE WAY, YOUR HOURS ARE WRONG ON THE WEBSITE! YOU MIGHT WANT TO CHANGE THEM SINCE NO ONE WANTS TO WORK A NORMAL 9 TO 5 ANYMORE!

I don’t advise banking with Bank of America. the last two times that I have deposited a check.. it has been held for 7 days even though the teller and my account told me that it would be available in 24-48 hours. As soon as my money hits, I’m closing the account and never looking back. Do not open an account here.

Love BOA. Been with them since they were Nations Bank in the 80s.

I do bank at bank America and the most disrespectful thing I was ask by a teller with me being black and her being white was what do I want my money for when I was making a withdrawal.

I am so done with Bank of America. Believe it or not you still have a generation that prefers to do their banking at the location. There are transactions that need to be done at the location that can't be done online. I'm not an expert but I would venture to say most of the money that Bank of America manages is from this generation Im' refering to, not the younger generation that's making all thesei ridiculous rules of closing everything and doing it online, no customer service anymore You can't even get your hours and days online correct what management. Ridiculous.

Worst customer service. No employee knew anything and was only 1 teller inside. People in line did not seem very pleased. So glad I'm leaving BOA.

Entered the bank for this trip, and it was mostly empty, was able to walk right up to the teller and conduct my business.

There are no people working here. Came here to finish something I had started online that then required me to go to a physical office and talk to someone. The doors were locked, and I walked around and saw a sign that the entire branch was closed. The computerized ATM still works, but the entire office is closed and nobody is working there.

Andy Sanchez was very helpful and understanding, he helped set up my account and corrected a serious issue I had with my first transaction. Great branch, with great service.

I just had the best phone call with an associate on the customer service line close to this area. She stated she was in Marshall, Texas and the line disconnected while we were talking about life. Honestly, such a sweet human being and I couldn’t get a hold of her again so I just wanted to say, if you are out there girl, thank you for making my day! You were so sweet & I wish you and your little family the best on your move to Dallas! I wish I remembered your name! Thank you again for helping me out!! Xoxo!

I moved here from Dallas and honestly believe this is the best Bank of America location I've ever been to. The manager Eric here always gets things done and is pleasant to deal with. It's clean and well operated. Always a great banking experience.
