They were extremely helpful & knowledgeable. The things they didn’t know they helped me figure it out anyways. None of them staff was rude and they were all on task getting customers in and out quickly! Was able to get 2 key fobs and air filters swapped in 30 minutes or less.

Far away from home and my service engine light turns on. At first, I thought I might have triggered a sensor after going over some rough terrain, but after the warning light continued to stay on after turning off the vehicle I thought I’d get it checked. I’ve been to a AutoZone near my house before and they were helpful. I didn’t know what to expect. Kevin helped me right away, was friendly, and I received the diagnosis quickly. He was helpful by showing me the product that worked well for him and gave me step by step details on how to perform the task. I left confident and happy with the service I received. I’m thankful for his expertise and for AutoZone hiring people who go above and beyond.

Went to buy some parts, gave year make and model. A younger guy got us our parts. Went home started the project to only find out he gave us the wrong part entirely. Went back next day, a younger woman helped us return the wrong parts and got us the correct ones. She said she was new there, and sounds like she's off to a good start.

I purchased a steering wheel cover here. I didn't think it would fit, as I tried multiple times and ways to put it on my steering wheel. I went to return it and get another. Chris asked if he could try putting the choice on before we went through the return process. I said yes. Less than two minutes later, the cover initially purchased was on my steering wheel! What a problem solver Chris was! Kudos to him and AutoZone! They consistently provide above-and-beyond customs service.

5 star customer service. I needed a new battery and when I showed up I was greeted by Clayton. He helped me fine the right battery and ever took out the old/installed the new. This gave me a discount for the core exchange. Thank you Clayton, he was extremely helpful today and kind so I hope he he rewarded for that. Hard worker!!

absolutely awful. I went there trying to simply return two items and I had to sit for almost 30 minutes. Trying to return said items for the employee to not know how to give me a receipt for a returned item after me asking for one, and then they go about their business now three days later and they act like they didn’t take the items, and they absolutely horrendous. Not willing to Call manager or escalate the issue Worst employee is absolutely Mike cholate, Broadway store employee no help and would rather degrade customer

I told them I needed a new battery($200) and they tried to sell me a alternator($500) and I asked a different auto zone and THEY told me I did need a new battery. I know I’m a woman but I’m not that “car dumb”. I wish I could put 0 stars😒
