I came in today with a broken key problem. Tony and Tre were amazing and extremely helpful. They assisted me with a solution to my broken key and gave amazing customer service. They are so nice and understanding.

Israel and the assistant manager were amazing. They installed front and rear wipers on my vehicle, even troubleshooting getting the best fit on the rear wiper. Even did it in the rain! Courteous and professional.

Store was busy, and I couldn't figure out how the new fandangle wiper blade adapters were to be installed. Fiddled with it for like 45 minutes, then when they had time to help, the employees to the rescue!

Has the part I wanted, but the general manager didn’t even try I told him what I needed he typed it into his computer and said we don’t have it. I walked outside looked it up on their website and walked back in and had an associate give me the part. Google did a better part at looking for the part than he did

Hi, this is a very hot day on the 30th of this month and I stopped at this location because my car been needing to be charged with some AC fluid. I went by this location mind you I don’t walk well. I have to use a crutch and I was trying to carry my grandbaby, and it is very hot ,i was stumbling up to the register there was a guy that walked up had glasses on looks to be maybe Hispanic male and I asked him if he could help me if he could put some in my car for me due to it being very hot. I’m holding a baby. I’m struggling. I’m bent over because I can’t stand up well and he says, I can give it to you and show you where to put it and you can put it in. I looked up at him and I said that’s OK. I can’t fight with that. I can’t deal with that n the baby. My grand baby was In my hand. She’s pretty hot herself. I was hoping they could help me out like O’reilly And other locations but it seems like every time I come up to AutoZone I get that same treatment now I’ve seen others come in of a different race and then had a problem. Matter fact I have a friend of mine referred me to come to AutoZone he said they would help you. I don’t know the procedure. I know some will go above and beyond the call of duty. Try to make sure you’re OK, some strange reason every time I come when AutoZone I get that same treatment so I just wanna tell you all before AutoZone maybe look at going to another location maybe look at dealing with someone else before you spend your money at AutoZone.

It is advertised that Auto Zone programs key fobs . They do not program nor do they sale anything to program key fobs.
