Since joe left store has went down hill. The white lady who speaks spanish is always a B when u try speaking with her. Went to charge my battery was told it would take an hour not a problem when i came back was in the same spot and everything since i had left it i had taken a photo. Worst service. Ill be going to the one on gentry from now on since joes over there.

I recently visited AutoZone store #4253, and I was thoroughly impressed with the excellent service I received. The manager, Toyna, and her team were incredibly helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to assist me with my needs, providing knowledgeable advice and making sure I had everything I needed. The customer service here is outstanding, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and willingness to help. I won't be going back to this one ever again..the guys working here were so impolite.. if they're not getting the love they need at home I can see why. Could tell it was discrimination toward the way I look. Nice to be back home in Tyler I was still polite to them. Nothing. The cashier couldn't be bothered to acknowledge I'm human when I thanked him for the transaction. Held the door open for one of them and he dropped everything. It was instant karma. This town needs to learn going to church doesn't give you license to dehumanize others. I could tell these are the types of guys to stiff a server like me over a small mistake because they don't think it's real work and can barely do their own.
