So my parents got a car from here last month. The first day the battery died and I had to buy a new one. It’s been over a month and we still only have One headrest in a car that sits five! We had No tail lights! And will have to buy those as well!. When registering for insurance was told by Jay they lost the inspection and needed to do it again ?. Meaning they never did one because he had to put new windshield wipers on to pass! Horrible business practices and Horrible communication From Jay the guy “helping.” My parents are being a good sport about all of this but I can’t stand by. Unacceptable! I am extremely disappointed in Autos of Texas Tyler,Texas. Will not return.
UPDATE***
It has been over 2 months and I still only have one head rest. I called and spoke with Jay Today who clearly had an attitude and could not give me a time frame of when I will receive them.
I will say this once. If you are a person of Color, I suggest doing business with higher quality people.
Be advised. You have been warned.

Jay Ross gave us the best buying experience I could have ever have! My wife was set on the 2020 Escalade they had on the lot. I called Jay in the morning, and by the end of the day we were driving it home. Jay was very nice, professional, and honest. Thank you Jay and Autos of Texas! We’ll be back!

My father and brother drove out from new mexico to buy a 2020 corvette stingray they drive it about 50 miles then the car overheated they towed it back that night and said they'd work on it the next day so we stuck around keep in mind it's Saturday we have a 12 hr drive home still next day no call back so we call to see what's going on the say there waiting on a part to wait about an hr they call us back after an hr no call back so we call again they don't have the part in till Monday so we drive home call on Monday said work is done and they'll be shipping out to us on Tuesday ok great! Mid day Tuesday no word back so we call they told us they'd be shipping the car back on wenseday ok I get. Called wenseday still car not on the way now they are waiting on freight what sucks is we have to call in to see what's going on very informative company and will say anything to get off the call and go about there day they do not value customers keep in mind we put a 40000 cash down payment you would think they would value this kind of buisness more I do not recommend this company and I hope this review helps

Had a fantastic experience at Autos of Texas with Arely and her team. They were incredibly flexible, letting us test a Porsche Macan unaccompanied, as often and as long as we wanted, with no pressure. They even allowed us to take the car for a pre-purchase inspection and went above and beyond by handling all necessary repairs, including some the inspection missed. Although we weren’t able to purchase a vehicle this time, we will definitely come back when we’re ready to buy. Highly recommend!

I traveled to Tyler from North Louisiana and had the best experience with a young man named Jay. He was super nice and knowledgeable. Jay was also on point with getting the transaction facilitated. I am very happy with the service and attention this young man provided. Oh and the truck….. it was just what I was searching for. Late model Ford F250 powerstroke with the super cab instead of the crew cab. Very nice vehicle. I would definitely do business here again.
