Initially, I struggled with the Hyundai service department. However, after communicating with Chris, the service manager, and Alyssa, they were very accommodating. Given my unique issue, they took the time to review my paperwork and understand what was happening to make everything copasetic.

We did not purchase our Palisade from Patterson but they have bent over backwards to complete the few warranty items we have had. Alyssa in the Service Department is great at taking care of customers.

Horrible service all the way around!! First calling to get a appointment shouldn't have taken me over 30 minutes. With all the people that work there apparently they don't have anyone to answer the phones. 2nd the mechanics obviously don't know what they are doing if it takes a hour to change the oil in a vehicle!! I told them just give me the stuff I can have it done quicker than they can.

These guys try and sweet talk you into buying a vehicle; only to sell it to some local because they were closer. Not worth the time to do business with people who only care about money, not customer satisfaction. They just like to rile you up

Awesome car buying experience. From first to last everything went smoothly. We could not get there until right before they closed so Jackson Hukill our salesman had the car ready for us to do a test drive. He was a very nice and knowledgeable person. Never pushy or never acted like we were wasting his time. He introduced us to the General Sales Manager, Jeff McMichael who made us feel like we were in the right place to purchase a new vehicle. Thanks to these two we left there buying two new vehicles. If you are looking to purchase a Hyundai or really any vehicle that Patterson sells please ask for Jackson Hukill. You will not be disappointed. And I want to throw this in, I had never met or even heard of him until we met on the day we purchased the new vehicles so this post is from my one time experience with him. 5Stars, would give more if I could.
