My physician referred me to ASP Cares because the particular pain medication he prescribed was not available at Walgreens. I used them for 2 months. All of our other medications are through a mail order pharmacy due to my insurance.This month, when I went to refill my husband and my pain meds, the ASP Cares pharmacist tried to make me transfer one of my other prescriptions in order to get it. She then harangued me (as if it was my fault) about perhaps being in trouble with the DEA for over filling prescription for pain medications. She said I need to call around and find another pharmacy. Ok. I won’t be going back. I’ll speak to my doctor.When I got home I was upset about the whole conversation so I just put our prescriptions away until the next day.The next morning I started to fill my husband’s weekly medication boxes for 3 weeks with all of his daily meds. When I got to his pain pills, it became obvious that there were three pills missing from his bottle. I immediately counted the pills in my bottle and it was one pill short as well.This is crazy. I counted and re-counted. I did not make a mistake. Somebody at ASP Cares shorted both of our prescriptions. I know there is nothing I can do about it except give them a bad review. And I will also report this to our doctor.Thank you for hearing me out.

Great service for one of my patients who needed something that was very costly. They were fast and extremely inexpensive when compared to other pharmacies that The Midtown Clinic tried to force my client to use. They let them know that we had a choice and it was against the law for anyone to tell us where we could fill prescriptions when we were told otherwise by the Clinic. I’m grateful for their care and compassion someone that means a great deal to me. I will definitely be sending more of my clients to this pharmacy.

Great prices but can not get ahold of them. I even got a cell number to text regarding prescriptions and have texted multiple times with no response as to when my medication will be ready for pick up. This is very annoying as their hours are the same as my business hours and I have to drive 20 minutes during my lunch break to get to them in hopes my medication is even ready and if not then it’s a waste of gas and time.

Super nice staff, they bend over backwards to help you!! The manager, Christian, is always happy and smiling. Just a great atmosphere and they want to do whatever they need to do so you get your prescriptions.

I tried to call several times with no answer, finally walked in and stood there while the workers joked and laughed. Not one person spoke to me even when I walked out. Terrible!!!!!!!

Have been treated like absolute trash ?️... they got the quantity wrong on A med and corrected i.I already had know it wasWas just hung up on by Christy ...the young lady up front thought I threw my money at her I have neuropathy I tossed it is all. Also Christian snickered like A laugh when I said I don't need anyone treating Me like me ex used to...* Manipulation bully etc * Pharmacist is nice and many employees are. It used to be different.Also someone said maybe I dreamed it she's been up here several times in the last few days . Med wrong needed it fixed .....not sure if I should seek legal action or what.Unacceptable. Completely.Maybe they should have called the police if they felt like I was a threat . I'm shy , and have PTSD , anxiety I'm the least violent person of many.I'm so glad My sweet babies were not there to hear that ?It's crazy I've been there for A while off n on .Done.I do hope JESUS AND GOD bless Christian and the entire staff have a happy ?.Thank you to the young lady up front on the computer. And the pharmacist . Pleased w* them ?

I was recommended to them by the urgent care I went to. They were amazing and the prices were lower than others. Which was great because I just relocated here and my insurance hadn't kicked in yet.I definitely recommend them.

What a wonderful pharmacy, I live all the way in Dallas and they ship right to me and it is so helpful and wonderful that they do that!!Its super easy to request refills and to get help when and if you need it!Such a great place!
