We have been using Artisan for over 5 years and have always been beyond satisfied! Peyton is THE subject matter expect on anything & everything vapor related! They have a great selection and always are ready to help when needed! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for anything vape related!

So, I went into Artisan Vape at 8:30 PM tonight and was lucky enough to be greeted by Ashley! She’s just as amazing as the reviews say, she helped me pick out the best vape for my budget and even helped me figure out what juice I wanted! She is so incredibly passionate about what she does, knowledgeable and you can tell she actually cares. She went through everything I needed to know about my new vape including coil set up. If you’re new to vaping, you should definitely go to Artisan Vapor. Ashley will make sure you are set up right! ?

I went in there last week and purchased a delta 10 vape pen, I paid around 35 dollars or more for it, they had me take it out the package and puff to make sure it worked, it smoked some, got the thing home and that thing immediately burnt up, my neighbor said the coil was dry, it burnt up literally with all full tanks, no i didn't do it, listen all you folks with good reviews for artisan hey maybe they did you right because they know you, but they absolutely would not stand behind that high dollar vape they sold me ! Some reviews said they just handed someone else another vape without question. I had to eat the loss ! I've spoke my peace now enter at you're own financial risk.

Of the many vape shops in Tyler, Artisan is one of the very few I return to. The clerks are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Also, Artisan is an actual vape shop; not one of those shoddy shacks with junk vapes, questionable product, and cigarettes galore. Thanks for keeping the image of vaping clean, Artisan!

I go to this store everyday. And I’m just try to be friendly and upbeat. But Ashley. The employe at artesian vape Claims all the guys creep her out because the talk to her?
