My teen daughter and I love this store so much. She likes most of the style of clothing they carry but either we tend to go in the wrong days when all her size is sold out or they don’t carry XS and 000. While I won’t fully give it 5 stars just because we never have bought anything, I still rate it high because the customer service goes above and beyond every time we go in there and I know in maybe another year when my daughter can wear the sizes they carry then we will be here even more.

My edit friend got a beautiful dress for her engagement photos. Lotssss of pretty clothes. For the quality, the prices were not insane. $80 for our favorite of all the dress options we tried. Dillard’s had way less of what we were looking for but for 2-3x prices.Loralee was easily the BEST example of a great representation of what a business floor needs to connect with customers and help them. She made us feel so welcome and even paired some nice earrings with some dress options that were all waiting in the dressing room presented nicely when we got back there. We are usually those people that try to avoid retail workers when browsing, but she was exactly what we needed, welcoming, genuine, and above and beyond.

Workers always greet me and are always helpful. Very organized store and friendly workers. They have the best deals on clothes and a good place for the best clothes! Classy and trendy

So my review will probably be taken down because big businesses do not like negative reviews on their website's so everyone listen up now. As an ex-employee, I had left on my own terms only working here for one month.Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. After I had left this store, a worker, Ty Gain, had sent me an inappropriate text message containing curse words, comparing my appearance to my work performance, and just insulted me. I have screen shots of her text messages and have reported to HR about this incident. HR has done absolutely nothing, like usual. HR allows people to act unprofessional in their businesses and wonder why good people leave.Please do not work at this location, staff and managers are extremely rude.Tip for you customers! Please check your clothing items you pick up. Majority of the items have stains on them and when they are informed by a manager, each manager replys, " we wait for a customer to make a comment on it". There's always glass in the "Clarence" room and ants in the fitting rooms. The racks that hold the beautiful clothes has black/ brown dirt on top so please avoid touching the actual rack itself if you don't want to get dirty.

Great selection of from crafts to food! The store is huge you can spend hours. Large selections on most craft craze. The only down side is check out, it is slow.

I do like the clothes, however on a busy Saturday at Broadway Square Mall, I’m questioning why several employees are greeting customers, several straightening, but only one checking out with a huge line! When I finally got to the counter, what I thought was two tops for “buy one get one half off” turned out to be one top and one sweater. Be sure to clarify, the young girl did not mention that I had one top and a second would be half off which would have clued me in that I had a sweater instead. When I went back to the store to exchange the sweater for a top it was done incorrectly and had to be fixed a third time. I felt like the whole store was out of touch. It was a busy afternoon at the mall with tax free, but this store by far had the longest line for checkout!
