I've been here many times for pedicures and nails, and always had satisfactory results. Today I got a pedicure and about 25 minutes into it another customer came in who wanted the lady that was doing mine. My lady told her to sit down and wait 15 minutes. She did not get any product out although I chose the ocean package. She put some oil on my legs and feet, wrapped a towel around them and left it for 1 minute and sprayed alcohol on my toes so she could start painting. No scrub, no massage. After painting my toes she left me sitting in the chair and went to the other customer. After about 10 minutes I put my own shoes on, hoping I wouldn't mess them up, and said I was ready to pay. I could barely walk because of the oil still on the bottom of my feet. I paid $40 for half the service that I normally get! I will not be back.

My 2nd time here. Had a great experience with Ms Nina the first time and Mr Steve is great also and John will keep you laughing....My feet love the the Coconut pkg....

Yesterday I had the worst, rushed pedicure of my life. I waited patiently for 40 minutes. There was no one after me. I purchased an upgraded pedicure because my feet were in rough shape. They still are. Tons of cuticles and dead skin left. My heels aren't smooth. The whole process was 25-30 minutes and she used the same tool to disconnect the filter then used it to dig under my nails. I came in to relax on rare day off and left in tears. I should have said something while I was there but I was too upset.

My daughter treated me to pedi and mani , and I loved it . I have already revisited them . Very clean and employees are very good.

On the eve, to Christmas eve my mother drove me to Aloha Nails to purchase her gift card for a Christmas gift to her. I gave an older Asian lady, with hair just below her ear lobes, $60 cash to purchase my mother a deluxe pedicure and regular manicure. I placed the white envelope in my purse and walked to the car. On Christmas day my mother opened her gift and my kids inadvertently threw the gift away mistaken it for trash. On January 2nd I called Aloha nails and asked to speak to the manager after explaining our situation. He looked up the transaction, but could only find the credit card transactions. The young man on the phone said he would take a message for the manager and ask them to call me. The next day, the young man called me back and said there was nothing that could be done, whether they tracked the transaction or not, they needed the gift card number. I called back again while my mother was in the nail shop and pleaded with the manager on duty, and they told me nothing could be done. My mother has been a faithful customer for nearly two decades. I have been purchasing gift cards there for years for various holidays. I was disgusted and disappointed when the manger refused to make a concession for my mother. I will never spend another dollar at Aloha Nails.

Had a great experience with one of the ladies up there. She did a great job on all the services I got done. (Gel Pedicure, dip on my own nails, and she tinted and waxed my brows) I also thought the prices were fair and not much different from other places in town. Overall a happy customer that will be back in a few weeks!

This place is HORRIBLE... Do NOT go here. The guy who did my toes did a horrible job and ruined my toes as you can see in the photos he clearly can't keep the paint on my nail and i got a gel pedicure and he didn't even cure the polish all the way and that can cause contact dermatitis which is permanent and something you can not get rid of!!! He also was using tools that have already been used on others peoples feet which is a hazard as well! DO NOT go here and honestly this place needs to be shut down now... they don't understand the health risks that come from that place. The place is also dirty and unorganized. Would NOT recommend to anyone! You are better off going somewhere else.

I had a pedicure done several weeks ago and it took me sometime to really do this review but after I thought about it why not. We as ladies want to feel relaxed and so I came here and had a pedicure but never again bc the lady that did mine and I’m being respectful in not describing her but let’s just say she’s always mad looking she used old polish that wouldn’t spread, I told her gel is what I have on and she just kept going, but at the end of the day she’s lucky I didn’t react with her, lesson i learned from these places is that they don’t give a damn it’s $$$$$$$$ but now I do my own and I ordered everything I needed from E-Bay from the filers to the solar lamp gel polish and all. It would be 5 stars but the menu said what I had was $55 yet I was charged $60. I didn't want to argue with it so I paid and tipped well. Veda was fantastic
