Recently I needed some work done on my Honda. I was recommended to go to Action Autobody and I am so thankful! Mike and his team were professional and so very helpful in the process. They discovered some additional things wrong when they got into it and worked with me and the insurance company to get it resolved. I appreciated their communication and the quality of their work. This is where you need to go! Don’t waste your time even looking anywhere else! Mike and Melody are so kind and helpful, and the work here is amazing too! I had the best service, they dealt with the insurance for me and saved me that headache, and then my car looked brand new again and you cannot even see where ANYTHING was ever wrong and I had several areas of damage on the front fender, rear bumper, and sides of my car. Then the day after I picked up my Honda Pilot from them, the front end got clipped by a school bus tire, leaving marks that I couldn’t get out. I was so happy with my first visit, that I took it back for a quote to fix it and Mike used some sort of buffing compound that took it right off. He didn’t even charge me anything for his time to do that! Lifelong customer right here! This shop was recommended to me by Jack O Diamonds Honda here in Tyler and I also can’t thank them enough for sending me to such a wonderful place!Services: Painting

Action Auto Body has repaired two of our Honda vehicles in the past couple of years. One vehicle had damage from a collision and the other had hail damage which required extensive replacements and repairs. From beginning to end, we were so impressed at the service we received. First, they are a Honda Certified shop which was extremely important to us. They truly do care about getting your vehicle repaired just right and are so knowledgeable about the whole process. They worked to advocate for us with our insurance company when issues arose. Always friendly, always professional, just great people. I hope we never need a body shop again but if we do, I know just where to go! A+
