Got a flat in highway, went to this location and the mgr. Told the Jorge the employee to air up the tire. This person dismounted the tire because he said it run flat. I only asked to air the tire up and then I will make a decision what to do next. He refused to air the tire up plus they didn’t have a tire to sell at that time. Poor people skills and customer service. Please note on caution before using this store.

This STM location will always seek to provide you with a great experience. Mike and his team sincerely want to earn your business. You just can't beat the service and their prices are extremely competitive. I bought 4 new tires for my truck and they had me out quick. I highly recommend Southern Tire Mart!
