The door won’t open and they never put the open light on so I called them to see if it was open or not but they didn’t answer the phone call. I walked in through the door and a big guy starts yelling at me asking what am I doing there and who’s the appointment for. What a waste of time. Everyone is rude there. Only the piercing lady is nice and does a great job.

Simply awesome. The whole experience was unforgettable. Great customer service. Traveled 7 hours just for Mr Placaso to do his magic. Will come back and get another very soon. Thanks guys for making us feel home away from home.

I got a tattoo that was in memory of my son. The artist was fairly new and did not have the color ink yet so he did all the black. I paid for the whole tattoo (including color) so that when he got the colors in I could just go and only worry about giving him a tip. I had just found out I was pregnant when his colors came in 2 months later and he was uncomfortable doing it while I was pregnant. After I had my baby I went back and he informed me it had been too long and he's much more experienced now so he deserves more if I wanted him to finish it. When I told the owner this he backed his artist and I got cheated. I have no issues with the work that was done, he did a beautiful job, I'm just incredibly disappointed in the lack of pride and honor in this artist. Good work done just don't ever pay upfront because there is zero customer loyalty here.Service: Tattoos
