I am so thankful for meeting these people in Troy. Jodi was so helpful at the end of my need of using the storage my lease was up on a Saturday I explained my situation and she told me she will give me till Monday morning. I was truly blessed to hear that. May the lord bless you always. Lydia.

Kept our camper here for about a year, every member of staff was pleasant and easy to get a hold of. Prices only increased once in that entire time, and it’s wasn’t by much. Security isn’t the highest, as our cables were cut while we had our camper there, but that’s the hazard of outdoor storage. Overall, would definitely come back if I need their services again.

We've had a storage unit here for the last 3 years and it has been great. Our things have been secure and easily accessible. The property manager is so so nice!!! I highly recommend these storage units!

Recently changed units at Guardbox Storage in Troy, unfortunately I needed a bigger unit. However, swapping over was quick and painless. Guardbox staff even offered helpful tips, on protecting my belongings, better than I had been doing. No one likes to have to store their personal stuff, but with staff like the folks at the facility in Troy you can rest assured they will do everything they can to help you do it right!

They were very nice, friendly people! I felt like I was doing business with family. I wish I could've stayed with them longer but definitely over time in my life, I'd come back to Guard box. It's so rare to find good people, especially to trust with my belongings and know they're safe for a good price! I highly recommend going through with Guard box for your storage!
