“I go here once every 2 weeks for a truck and trailer wash. The guys in the wash bay are top notch they scrubbed the inside of the holes on my alcoas. You don't have to tell them what to put acid and what not to. Just a all around great wash you will not find better service any where else. Highly recommend!”

“Our van broke down just before we were going to travel long distance for essential medical services to lay the foundation for an organ transplant for my significant other.
There was time for Quick Wrench to do the repairs and we’d still make our appointments but we’d be home bound and not able to do much else in preparation which is more stress than we needed. They moved our repair to priority, found the parts locally and finished the work same day as estimate was approved. Additionally, final cost was under estimate.
Second time I’ve been there and most definitely will go again.”

Easy enough to get to if you have the navigating app. A little out of the way if you're following directions somebody told you... I might suggest it could maybe stand a couple of signs directing traffic from the more traveled roadway, something at each turn telling you which way to go and you're almost there? But this is the 21st century and pretty nearly everybody has a handheld Gadget that can get them where they want to go... ?”

“So, the people here are really nice. Not very informative when it comes to wait time though. Was a walk in at 12:45. Was told it would be a few hours. I asked if it was okay to go do a little shopping with my family with the vehicle. He said sure and that I should be back around 4 and that I should be pulled in pretty quick. What he failed to mention was, in doing it this way I was taken out of line and would be placed back in it when I got back. Still looking at 2 hours until we are able to get out of here and we got back here at 4:07. It's now 4:30. He was really quick to go ahead and get me to pay for it though which is why I think it's rather bullcrap that I lost my place in line. I could understand if I was a walk in and didn't pay. Dropping that kind of money on tires is a little ridiculous to not keep your place in line. So, just a forewarning when going to any discount tire. Don't leave. Expect to sit for 4-6 hours for a walk in. Almost makes me want to shop around somewhere else, not because of the people, but because of the policies.
Update: Looks like the gentleman I spoke with a second time wasn't aware and our car was done by 5:30 over all still best priced tires around. Still, schedule appointment. Do not be a walk in!”

“Update to my previous review The Good: parking is ample. Personel were very friendly. Difference? Without putting finger, perhaps the age of the people at the cafe. Today there were older people tending the cafe. While the other day they were younger with the personality of a fire hydrant. Today pizza choices were very abundant. The employees were on top of things. Pizza was piping hot. The Bad. The exit lines were long, but rolling. The Ugly: N/a”
“Went there today due to running over 2 nails. I originally went to walmart, but they said they couldn't repair the tire due to the location of one nail close to the sidewall so I was sent here to get it fixed by a different method. Well funny thing, got to the shop, they took the tire off, and the nail that was too close to the edge wasn't even a full nail and didn't penetrate the tire. Unfortunately the other nail did, but the gentlemen who serviced the car took less than 10 minutes from removing said tire, fixing, and remounting. Absolute fair price for the repair, professional work, friendly and cordial. Would absolutely give them my business again.”
“The two gentlemen took care of my tires on a sunday! I called multiple shops and either they didnt have my size, they were closed or could take me in on Monday. After multiple calls every where else. They did have my size. I'm very grateful for them helping me, I don't know what I would have done with bad tires in the middle of a hwy. “My wife had a screw in her tire, I called Big Zacks about 30 minutes prior to close and they immediately told me to have her come in and they would assess the tire. They suggested a patch for a screw hole at 20$ for the repair. But after the patch failed to hold they put in a plug for 10$ and didn’t charge my wife the first 20$ because their work didn’t meet their personal standards. Great prices. Friendly folks. 10/10 recommend this local business.”
“Matt was very professional and helpful. I was planning on purchasing two tires but Matt checked my tires and showed me I needed four new tires, due to an unknwon alignment issue. He recommended a life time wheel alignment with warranty and free tire rotations. Matt suggested great quality tires (Firehawks) based on my driving needs and provided me with peace of mind with the recommended warranty. The tires are amazing, providing a smooth ride, with no road noise, and great on wet roads. Ask for Matt ! !”
