The worst service I have ever found, more than 10 hours for a tire change, the staff just talking, they don't pay attention to you, they are terrible in their quality of service.

Don’t waste your time here. Pulled in at 11pm to get a tire on the trailer replaced. They told me 3-4 hour wait. 7 hours later still no call. Walked back to the shop to find it closed. Went to the manager to see why. The only mechanic for the night named Jason, was out throwing away trash cans instead of doing the job he was trained for. Such a huge company and can’t have more than one guy working through the nights is seriously unprofessional. Now I missed my delivery appt and going to loose even more money. Thanks loves

Was told a 2hr waiting to replace a bracket that I had with me and 6 hrs later was told they didn't know when they would get to me. Saw that they passed me on the work sheet. Tried giving some petty excuse about it. I will never use them .

This is OUR BEST and Most Appreciated Speedco we have Ever Dealt with or had work done on our 2019 KW. Allen was Awesome ??????? too much Talent and work ethics for this Young man he is Great quality workmanship and we wished ALL LOVES SPEEDCO had ALLEN'S Everywhere. He fixed and had to Replace our Airbag on the Drives and stated it wouldn't take him but an Hour at the most to complete and have us Running again. He is a young man of his word. ??????? Allen did just that when he couldn't find the part # for the Airbag he got our VIN and found it that away. ?????? Nothing could get in his way to stop the completion of this job duty. He even surprised ? us and had Our Airbag there in shop and didn't have to order it after all. Thank you and Koodos Allen. You are a Valued Employee and Very Greatly Appreciated to Us Driver's OTR. Highly Recommend this Love's Speedco to ALL drivers for Repairs. ?????PS Chuck you're ok too. ????

I pulled into Speedco about 4:30am. Needed a PM service on my entertainer bus. Band was asleep. And the mechanic William Downie was awesome. Told me he never done a bus b4. Told him was a detroit 60 just like a semi. I already had the filters. Showed him and he pulled me in the bay with trailer and did my PM service. Was in and out just over an hr. I will remember this speedco next time im through here and need a service!!

Can i put 0? They gave me 2h wait then another 2 then another 2!! End up fixing the stupid valve the next day. 16h of wait for something can be fixed in 15 minutes...... If they didn't lie about the waiting time in the beginning, I could've got a road service fixing my things way faster. Never again in this location

BE ADVISED DRIVER'S...I gave 2 stars for simple fact,my bad tires were replaced. BUT the next morning, I got DOT Inspected due to the low tire,Yes,same one that was changed. "Tech" evidently cross threaded dual air line with gauge, I fixed afterwards and aired up,but,yet again,the next morning,That Same tire was 3/4% flat yet again,due to the same tire valve stem being Loose as well. Make sure You check Everything they worked on at this store!!They're Imcompatance seems to be Becoming That of Walmart service department!!!
