They even adjusted the bill downward since her procedure turned out to be less difficult than originally expected. The vet tech called us the next day to see how she was doing and if we had any questions.”

“We had a German Shepherd for 11 years. During that time, we saw four different vets. None of the vets wanted to work with our girl, calling her an “elephant” or “too dangerous”. One vet would not see her unless she was sedated. Parkside was the last place we went. Our dog was in her last days and Parkside vets were knowledgeable and caring. They did everything to make the dog comfortable and spent a lot of time explaining the process. It was a good experience during a difficult time. I recommend them.”

As a USDA Accredited Veterinarian, I am pleased that Dr. Ward had research my needs before our appointment and was prepared for with a treatment plan for my two cats and a timeline to submit necessary paperwork.”

Each of these vets are highly skilled, empathetic, personable, and truly caring about their patients. When Teddy had cancer 3 years ago, Dr. Shepherd and Dr. Noel were so wonderful in explaining our options, next steps, and providing facts so I could decide what to do with him. Dr. Noel saved his life with her precise and scrutinous surgery. I can’t thank her enough for giving me and Teddy three more years together since that fateful discovery. He’s been my best friend. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for him the way the incredible over at RAH had cared for him. Thank you for everything :)”
