Dr. Griffin was so gentle and loving to our 8 month old Bernese. She was practically on the floor with him, getting him comfortable in a new atmosphere. She addressed all of our concerns and got him everything he needed! When our lab results came back, she even personally called me to discuss the results. We are so excited to have found Trophy Club Animal Hospital! From the moment you walk in and see the receptionists, everyone is so kind and welcoming! We are looking forward to our next visit!

The staff at TC Animal Hospital are fantastic!! We had been using them since they opened 10 years ago+ ago with a dog that passed…we now have a puppy and will continue to use them. Great service!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Trophy Club Animal Hospital and their incredible team! I recently brought in my service dog for her regular exam and overseas travel exam, and the experience was outstanding. The vet tech was so helpful, friendly, and professional—she made us feel right at home. Dr. Bemis was absolutely fantastic, taking the time to thoroughly examine my dog and explain everything in detail. She treated her with such care and compassion. I highly recommend Trophy Club Animal Hospital to anyone seeking top-notch care for their pets. They go above and beyond!

If I could give zero stars I would. My first appt with this vet I was told nothing was wrong - that my chihuahua was overweight. 10 days later I insisted something was wrong and I was told it was pyometra. The ultrasound did not show this. All bloodwork and urine tests were normal. This visit was $700. I was told immediate surgery was needed. The email I received with the estimate and explanation of the surgery stated the deposit to schedule the appt for the surgery (that could not be explained) was $200- I was told by staff $1100 would be needed to schedule due to the “difficulty of the surgery”. I explained that is not what the email said that specifically explained the surgery and I still felt incredibly uncomfortable as nothing has been explained to me. Went to check her incision 10 days later - which healed perfectly - to be charged an additional $100 even though I confirmed the recheck over the phone TWICE. This place is a money grab. I moved all 5 of my dogs to the other vet here in trophy club and will never recommend or return. When I called and asked for all records to be transferred I was met with an attitude and no concern as to why I was leaving. This is the worst vet I’ve ever been to.
In response to vet response: this account is under my mother’s name - all 5 of our family pets come here. Nobody else spoke to my mother about penny. My email and phone number specifically were listed only for penny and she did not speak to anybody about her care. She attended both appts with me.
Unfortunately - that was not the cause for the miscommunication.

Great service. They make it easy to get an appointment. Very friendly staff. Amazing doctors and techs. Easy to talk to you and good follow up. They are very good with my dogs. My dogs like it there also :). We have been very happy with Trophy Club Animal Hospital.

We unfortunately had to send our doggy to heaven and this was the first time we went through this. The staff was professional and showed empathy through the entire process. The small gesture of the handwritten card in the mail weeks later with our pups paw print was moving. Thank you so much.

The staff treat my dogs like celebrities every time we walk through the door and their level of service is always beyond expectation. My dogs actually like going to the vet thanks to this team.

My dogs are so happy at Trophy Club Animal Hospital when otherwise they don't like the vet. All the staff are very friendly, the office is well run and organized. I almost never have to interact wi
th other animals because they all get a room so quickly. I'm happy to take both my dogs and both my cats to Trophy Club.

The Staff at TC Animal Clinic are so caring, professional & loving toward my 3-yr old beagle, Captain!
They've cared for him & boarded him during our vacations since he was a pup. He loves walking in the door of the clinic & is never hesitant or skittish - this tells us how loving & patient the staff is! HIGHLY recommend!

We just moved to the area and I always hate having to find a new vet for our dogs. After reading reviews, we picked Trophy Club Animal Hospital and couldn’t be more happy with that choice. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and the vet herself took a great amount of time asking questions about history and if we had questions instead of feeling like we were being rushed out of there to get to the next patient. We definitely felt our girl was in good hands and will be clients from now on.

I’d highly recommend Trophy Club Animal Hospital! The entire staff is so friendly, it warms my heart to see how much they love my vizsla, Reese. They make her feel safe and are helpful if I have any questions. It’s super clean and the prices are reasonable.
