Thank you to the young employee working 7/8/23 who found the cash I left in the machine after getting cash back at the end of my purchase. I was distracted and left without the money. When I returned 30 minutes later, I was thrilled to discover he had retrieved it and had it waiting at customer service for me. They say integrity is what you do when no one is watching. Thank you to this young man, and those who have guided him so far, for his inspiring character.

They are never open when they say they are open, and on the off chance I catch them when they are, there's a sign in the window that says "attendant will return in 5-10 minutes"

Lovely floral decorations! Thank you for the setting up the most beautiful bouquets of flowers and gorgeous arrangements right at the entrance!! The flower displays always makes me smile when I walk in!

Been sitting out here for pick up for nearly 30 minutes while the guy was serving other cars that came way after me. My order on the app then said it was picked up already so I called customer service to ask what is going on and they rudely interrupted me while was talking and said "give me a minute," and put me on hold. Seriously turned my day so sour.

I want to love this TT because I live in Trophy Club and it's so convenient; but walking in this store it has a creepy smell. The store has a great lay out but the clerks are super unfriendly. I grew up where you greeted the customer? (Times have changed)Do better.

Love the store! Use it a few times per week. Produce is always the best. Can you please have staff pay a bit more attention to the litter outside especially on the east side where the employees hang out. It is really un-inviting. Thank you!!!!

There is always lines down the aisles. They seem to have a staffing issue that needs to be addressed. I hate going to this store but it's the very convenient location for me. I am going to start driving to Tom Thumb a few miles away because night and day service.

I live in Trophy Club and routinely fuel up at Tom Thumb gas station. I would go inside to pick up ice and would get a fountain drink and snacks. Most recently, fountain drinks out of order or no Diet Coke. Last 6 weeks or so, there is a sign on the door " be back in 5-10 min". Today there was a sign on the door saying the station is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Can't the Store Manager figure out how to staff this? I find myself going to 7-11 in town instead. Disappointing.

Seriously? It’s 5 PM on a Friday afternoon a week before Christmas. You have one cashier lane open and the self check out line is all the way from the cash registers to the back of the store. I guess Customer Service is not a priority for you.

Tom Thumb has yet to leave us down. Kiddos to their employees for keeping the shelves stocked and registers open all during covid. Also, you can't help but love stepping into the store and right into all the "pretty pretty produce", fresh flowers and seasonal decor. #yelpdfwfallgiveaway

Tom Thumb in Trophy Club has been updated and remodeled. The deli has all new cases that are well lit, clean and better organized. They put in new flooring across the store and it looks nice. I like that isles, they look wider and the shelves look well organized. There might be other areas they plan to update but now a bit more pleasant to shop at the Trophy Club location. This week they have ribs on sale so buy up!!

My interaction with the bakery yesterday solidifies that I will never give the bakery at Tom Thumb Trophy Club my business. The lady that answered the phone was rude and treated me like I was a complete inconvenience. I simply asked if I could order a PRE-MADE cake to be held for me to pick up! I didn't ask for her to make a cake, I didn't ask her to decorate a cake, I simply asked her to pull a cake out of her stock to hold for me. She responded by sighing rudely like it was the last thing she wanted to do. I told her to not worry about it and that I'd take my business elsewhere. I then called the Tom Thumb in Southlake, where they were kind and happy to help. I'd recommend others use the Southlake bakery instead!
