“We had a German Shepherd for 11 years. During that time, we saw four different vets. None of the vets wanted to work with our girl, calling her an “elephant” or “too dangerous”. One vet would not see her unless she was sedated. Parkside was the last place we went. Our dog was in her last days and Parkside vets were knowledgeable and caring. They did everything to make the dog comfortable and spent a lot of time explaining the process. It was a good experience during a difficult time. I recommend them.”

“I’m a loyal customer at this store. It is well stocked and fairly priced and I love the grooming area in the back of the store. I recommend getting the dog bath punch card if you do take your dog somewhere outside of your home to be groomed.
The staff can occasionally be slow when it comes to curbside orders. I’ve learned to go in and ask for a pickup order versus using their mobile option and waiting for someone to bring it out. The last two times I’ve tried curbside, it appeared no one was looking for those notifications because when I came in to get it after waiting a while, the staff was chatting with each other in the front of

“1st time inside Colleyville - I’ve been a customer for a little over three years now initially starting with the Coppell, TX location as a referral from dog’s trainer, JP Dog Training. Compared to the famous commercial brands out there, there is definitely no comparison to me. I see such a difference in my dog’s seasonal allergies, her coat has never been as shiny as it is. I could be wrong, but dogs love a variety of different foods just like humans do and it be hooves you to give it a try. Quality will be a little higher in cost, but do it for the longevity of your pet. Now as for Colleyville, you could step it up and give sample treats with deliveries which will give the owner an idea of what the dog would like and helps to increase their own sales. I was accustomed to this with Coppell. One thing that has not changed is my dog’s excitement when she hears her food delivery come. Her bark is different and she knows something is coming just for her. I cannot imagine living anywhere else and a HF store is not around.”

“I love Elite Suites. They take your dog and just work on her. Coco use to be at the groomers from 8 to 4 and in a cage when they weren’t working on her, now She’s in and out in an hour. Rhonda takes good care of her and she has her every time and she’s never in a cage.”
“I have been coming to Earthwise for years now to have my dogs groomed. The staff is always warm and inviting and kind of feels like a big family. I love that they care for foster kitties and help them find their forever homes, and I adore the sloths. It is ALWAYS a happy place for me and my dog, and Amanda the groomer is one of my dog’s favorite people. And she is a picky little pooch!”

“My 2 fur boys and I love the pet supplies plus. I always take my boys to get wash there. Crew who works there are so friendly and they were making sure I'm getting enough help. They were also friendly to my boys. I love going there and take my boys to wash. You will save so much money and I believe it's better for the dog owner to wash their own dogs instead of having a stranger to groom your dog. You don't know what's behind the scene! I get to spend good quality time with my boys and they were happy to be cleaned and they are super fresh and they were play play play afterwards ,that makes me happy. I Support 100% local business. I used to wash my boys in my house one of the sink. They make so much mess ,and if you were going to take the boys to the groomers that's gonna cost so much money. If you do it yourself and you know what kind of shampoo you can use and spend a quality time on taking care of your fur babies . They have a value punch card for 5 dog wash. I will recommend that if you have more than one pet to wash. My dogs and I love to go there. It is becoming our customs after wash I get my fur babies some treats.”
