Nothing against the hotel rooms and clean but the Management needs an upgrade. Front desk people are not friendly and wont even help you out. Instead of being patient and helping you if theres a problem all they do is be rude and just ignore you so that definitely needs to be fix unless they just don't care about there customers. Also even for breakfast you would expect food and services to atleast be better but the african American ladies in the kitchen and front desk where just chatting and not paying attention to the customers who where patiently waiting for there help for breakfast. Yet got rude and unprofessional once a client called there attention for some help. This hotel needs just better staff and management in general.

The black lady at the receptionist is very unprofessional and unwelcoming please hire better receptionist.

Room had stains on the couch, bathroom was not clean,. shower dirty looking. Was not worth the money spent. This Holiday inn is not corporate. Independently owned and it really shows.
Rooms: Not really clean looking, dull stale smell

The breakfast spread can definitely be improved.
It is definitely not worth 9.99$ as charged.
This hotel was really close (1.3 miles) to my workplace which is why it was booked.
I just spent 2 nights resting in between a marathon activity at work.
Similar establishments offer complimentary water bottles per day. This one did not. They asked 3$ for a single 500ml bottle.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The customer service is poor as well the room I recieved was completely dirty. Stained yellow shower, red marks inside of the toilet, stains on the couch and wall. As well the hotel breakfast was extremely disappointing compared to what many other hotels provided. Please save your money and go down the street to Hilton or the Hampton-Inn.

ROACHES in the rooms!! Hairs in the showers and the staff was neither friendly or rude. Our room number was 308 on May 28 and 29 under Angel

This place was a perfect night stay. Check in was speedy. Restaurant on site. Very clean and big rooms. Courteous staff. Worth every penny spent. 5 stars.
Safety: Very illuminated parking are.

Location was perfect, but rooms and food was below average. Toilet wasn’t even mounted to the floor.

They cancelled our reservation less than a week before a trip and just sent us an email. So for any reason, caused us not just problems with getting a new place, but loss of $$ money, cause now it's less options for higher prices. Will not try to book with this Hotel brand again.

Very friendly and helpful young woman working the front desk. My room was clean and everything worked properly. I will definitely stay there in the future when I attend the Nascar race at TMS.

Took my family over the weekend. Got in late in the day ( we had trouble on the road). Gentleman working was awesome! Explained to him why we were late. He helped us to our room! He noticed the room was a little too small, helped us get a bigger room, we were so tired, but so grateful for the help. Everyday we were greeted. Just an awesome stay! Gentleman that worked over night between March 15/16, don't remember his name, if this gets to you Thank you.
Rooms: We loved it! I'm sorry but there is not one thing I could give a thumb down to. With a family of 6 ( 4 young ones) we really enjoyed the stay! ?
Nearby activities: Went swimming in the pool. Family enjoyed it.
Safety: Not for a second did I fear for my family or myself. Very peaceful.
Walkability: You could walk to certain places, but I would suggest to drive. Not that far.
Food & drinks: Nice buffet style food.
Noteworthy details: Many things to do close by. Front desk was great. House keeping were very friendly! If we were to go back again, would stay there without a doubt! Wouldn't even look elsewhere! That's how awesome the stay was!

This would be 5 stars just for great rooms, prices and location—- BUT
Indoor pool was ice cold.
Breakfast needs to use real ingredients and not the cheapest ingredients from some laboratory
No cleaning / fresh towels of our room for some reason one night.
Some minot changes and this would be a gem
Staff was beyond kind and friendly
Nearby activities: HG SPLy and leelas wine bar within walking distance
