When I returned 30 minutes later, I was thrilled to discover he had retrieved it and had it waiting at customer service for me. They say integrity is what you do when no one is watching. Thank you to this young man, and those who have guided him so far, for his inspiring character.”
“I love this Trader Joes! Everyone is so friendly as soon as you walk in. I really wanted to try their soup dumplings and they weren't available the first time I went, but they were there the next week! I HIGHLY recommend them paired with the crunchy chili oil. “I recently visited [Foodfest market] with my mom, who hasn't been to Ukraine for 20 years. It was a delightful experience as she found snacks and candy she used to enjoy during her school days. The store offers a wide variety of groceries, including some unique items that brought back fond memories for her.
The owner is exceptionally nice and welcoming, making the shopping experience even more pleasant. With such a great selection and friendly service, we'll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended .”

“Favorite grocery store ever. Love their fresh made sushi bar, their ready food case, the produce is all picture perfect and the seafood is fantastic. Love the salmon, shrimp and crab cakes. Great bakery - cookies, bread and pies are outstanding. Oh and a great wine selecting.”
“This is a wonderful Audi to shop at always clean. Employees are very kind and hard-working. The only bad thing about this Audis is there's a lot of people that come near the shop and seem to have no respect for the elderly. That was an elderly woman behind me and I had a cart full of groceries and she only had one item. I allowed her to go ahead of me one because she had one item and two because she was an elderly woman. People are somewhat upset by this which surprised me but then again it did not. It's sad that people are so selfish that they want the world to consider them and they family if they was in that situation, but they don't have the same compassion for others. Thank God that the staff there is so awesome and great to working in an environment with selfish people shopping. Not all of them are but at least 50% of them. But I do recommend that you do come here for your groceries cuz of some nice clean space and ignore and turn the other cheek if you encounter any of them. Selfish shoppers..”

“Thank you for opening African store close by. What can I say I met the owner at CVS she gave me their business card to come and pay them for visit oh boy I was so happy I went. The customer service was so amazing they even helped me carry my stuff to the car even when I said its ok I got it they insisted. I love how nice and polite everyone is. Each time I go there I meet different people the customer service is still the same. Everything is organized and clean no smell the price is fair. Please don’t stop being nice to your customers.”

“Dropped in to check out what they had. Quite impressed with the selection and dropped a benjamin on their frozen meats. Had a organic rhode island red chicken for dinner and the meat was tasty and complex instead of the usual supermarket variety. Heritage pork was available for the pork eaters as was Australian wagyu at very reasonable prices. Lots of unusual fare that you will not find at your local supermarket :-) Worth a visit just to browse. A definite must for foodies and would-be foodies”

“This is a Trader Joe's company so product quality is there. Like trader Joe's it is really no frills. You have to bag your stuff and bring your own bags. If you ever want to just put together a quick party and not break the bank, this is the place to go for food. Keep in mind you can't pick up brands you know necessarily here. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful.”

“Such a lovely experience. Clean, well organized store with all my favorite groceries. I usually have to go to different places to get all my favorite healthier snacks and supplements but this store had everything I needed. Organic produce is a big deal for me and going to other grocery stores it can be a hassle to find organic fruits and veggies amongst the inorganic produce.This store had everything I needed. Friendly helpful staff as well . Will come back and recommend to friends and family.”
“Excellent selection of high quality specialty and regular groceries all in one place. Very high prices though. I notice some reviews mention employees having attitudes. The employees here are mostly young and inexperienced, get paid relatively low wages, and aren’t treated well. Prices high but the the pay is low.”
“The person running the self checkout registers today (I think her name was Glenda or something similar) was so helpful and kind and absolutely made my day. It’s not everyday that you leave a store getting to interact with someone like that so I really appreciated it!”
“For a supermarket this place has some nice food selections from their kitchen. They also have a great Bristro too and seating is all in the same room. It is a nice place to do your grocery shopping with solid meat, seafood and 4 star produce selection. All staff is very helpful and polite.”
“My review for some reason didn't show up other than the stars. This is a great store! It's super clean, organized and the customer service is great. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was the prices are pretty high in the deli. This is most likely due to the economy and all of that. I used to come here a lot to get their fabulous chicken salad. But at $10 a pound now it's out of my price range for a meal. They have fantastic produce and items and the atmosphere is wonderful”

“It's amazing how two store 11miles apart can be so different. Tom Thumb Flower Mound, the workers are nice, polite, greet you, make sure you can find items. Tom Thumb Trophy Club, the workers aren't mean, just not nice, kinda neutral, very rarely do they greet you (excludes meat dept and pharmacy) never asked me if I found everything, rarely make eye contact. Prices are the same, but service is distinctly different”

Never had to wait in line due to the lack of grocery clerks and the employees working at the self checkout really know how to work the stores point of sale. A++ for sure!”

Everything is organize easy to reach always in stock I never have to ask if there's anything possibly in the back that they can bring out. Even the area where you can get your groceries for like meats and chickens and bacon it's just a wonderful store to be in.”

“I love this store. The people who work there are very kind and friendly. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because I have found items with past expiration dates or with "packaged on" dates that are over 2 years old. Yesterday, I purchased some sesame sticks for my kids from the bulk section. They tasted awful, and when I checked the exp. date, I realized there was none and that they had been packaged back in 2022 and 2023. So, great place, just make sure you check those dates.”

“I love shopping at Tom Thumb!
The store is very clean and well maintained. One of the reasons I love shopping there is the fresh meat & seafood section. I went in to buy some of their catfish, which was very fresh, and ended up also buying a piece of their bourbon-marinated salmon, I can't wait to cook that up!
Also, It was my lucky day to have a craving for fish, especially being a native of NM. They were selling and roasting New Mexico green chilies. They had mild & hot, and of course, I bought the hot. I can't wait to cook up a dish of my green chili and chicken enchiladas. Thanks, Tom Thumb, for a great shopping experience today...”
