“A few weeks ago I came to visit some family in Dallas from Boston, so i was not farmilar with this target location. Not a problem since a worker Rochelle eagerly helped me find all my items. She was quick to answer the numerous questions I had about not only some items, but the city as well. Wish there was a six stars option for me to give!”
“I'm glad I bought my wife's computer from here. Not only were the prices right, they have stock (no unreasonable waits), and they actually know what there talking about (no apologizes to Geek Squad). So much so, that I came back 2 months later to build another computer. And wouldn't you know that the MSI GeForce RTX 4090 price came WAY down. So my wife gave me her bad*** 4080 build and she's got the best of the best. All for a damn good prices and again, This tech crew Know What there Doing! I seriously appreciate yall for all your work. Hands Down, if I needed another build, and soon, I'd go back again.”

“I had a positive experience at this Target store. It was exceptionally clean and organized, with well-maintained bathrooms. The convenience of having a Starbucks inside was a plus. However, I did notice that some employees seemed unhappy, which was a bit noticeable. Despite this, the overall shopping experience was good.”

“I’ve been with T-Mobile for more than 10 years and this location gave me the best customer service experience. I went in to upgrade my iPhone and was helped by Celeste. She made it a very easy and smooth transaction. I got my new phone that day! And couple days later I had to return my old device and was helped by Alejandra. They were both very knowledgeable and personable. Will definitely come back for any other service I might need.”

“Price is hard to beat, variety could be a lot better. Only have cheese or pepperoni pizza, should offer combo or meat lovers for full pizzas. Drink machines are hit or miss and each of the 4 have different flavors for a specific drink (pepsi will taste different from each machine).”
“I went in yesterday, after having no luck at my nearest T-mobile, trying to see what my options were for getting a replacement/new phone. I had recently damaged my phone and my nearest t-mobile was no help at all. We have insurance on all our devices and the nearest t-mobile didn't help or offer any assistance.
So we drove out to Euless, approximately 30 minutes away, because at this point my phone was basically useless.
We worked directly with Kim R. (Mobile Expert) and that she was! Not only did she help in filing an insurance claim but broke down the costs of the deductible vs. paying the taxes/fees for a new device.
She honestly couldn't have been more helpful. I ended up upgrading to a brand new phone and she even stayed late (after closing hours) to make sure that the new device has all of my information from my old phone and was working 100%.
The drive out to Euless was definitely worth the AMAZING QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. If i could give Kim more than 5 stars I would!”

“So this target is MASSIVE ! I know it's a super target, but even so it's a bit overwhelmingly large. We stopped in to grab a few items and it may have not been that best option for what we needed. That being said, it was pretty good as far as targets go There's a massive parking lot but also it's a very busy store, so we did have to park pretty far back. They do have a large covered area in the front-middle for pickup orders. I personally was very excited because my usual target never has women's basics in small sizes. This one had plenty of each size so I stocked up! Overall the Target has clean and organized. The cashier we had was lovely and polite. It was just a solid experience despite how overwhelmed the massive size made me”
“Out of all of T-Mobile's I've encountered in Texas, I will have to say this is one among the best. Their selflessness is unkind that consistency, professionalism, and very courteous. As everyone knows customer service is everything to me. 2 years ago I had a very ugly encounter at the T-Mobile in Southlake and did not give a desirable review. However, since then they vamp things up. Hopefully they take some tips from the smaller store or for Davis all their staff members. Awesome! So there's no need to point one out from the other. “Cell phone chores are never a pleasant thing to take care of... I usually start online and find some customer svc # where I stupidly yell at a robot for a while and get hung up on. Eventually, you gotta go to the store and deal with it, which is usually hit or miss with ANY company. Abdul was the young gentleman working that afternoon and he knew exactly what I needed and I barely said 2 words. He fixed it in the time it took me to blink. He's magical. LOL Could not tank him enough.”

“Chrys was so helpful today and she is AMAZING!
We ported 4 numbers over phone with sales reps of T-Mobile from Verizon to T-Mobile and our phones got messed up and panicked us with no connection. They could not resolve it but directed us to the store near by and we visited Grapevine Store.
Chrys handled this panic situation, calmly and collectively and resolved one by one the several issues caused by the “sales reps on phone”. And restored all our phones to work seamlessly within an hour.
We were so relieved and couldn’t thank her enough
