If I could give less stars I would, there not delivering any mail to my neighborhood,iv been waiting on a package more then once and it says unable to deliver, well you can't deliver if your lazy and don't wanna drive to the address. People have important mail they need and the driver is keeping them from getting it.

Packages are always saying that they are delivered and not at my house apparently because I don't see them anywhere. Getting really tired of the way they do things and don't even try to call them to find out anything about your missing package because they won't answer the phone or they leave it off the hook! And always getting everyone else mail while they are getting my mail!!

If you want to make something dissappear forever this is the place they lose so many packages of mine it's unreal then when they lose them they will mark it delivered so you can't even file a claim on it

Package said delivered, but delivered where. It wasn't at my house. The post office said I picked it up at the post office which didn't.

I live off 356 down by Outback marina, I have never in my life seen a post office closed on Saturday’s, but even worse than that is that I will get a notification that you all “attempted delivery” on a Saturday knowing gosh darn well that is a bold face lie when you all aren’t even open on Saturdays. Way to go treating your customers like we’re dummies.

Worst post office experience ever, lady behind the counter seemed almost annoyed with me needing service. This was after visiting with what seemed to be a regular at the post office. I had to ask for help a second time, and again she seemed annoyed and have very vauge advice that honestly left me unsure what to do. Another regular walked in and she started to help them. I finally just left after waiting forever for help, that I never received.

Used to be a reliable shipper. Now unreliable. Why are packages so delayed and/or not delivering at all? I’m not receiving packages in a timely manner either — what used to take 3 days from Dallas now takes a couple of weeks. Why? I recently paid extra to have a package delivered to Conroe. They attempted one delivery even though I was on phone for over an hour scheduling redelivery. A week later my husband had to drive to Conroe, retrieve the package and deliver it for me — and the $30 I paid to ship USPS was, of course, non refundable. Still ship small outgoing packages, but I buy extra insurance!

I’ve been here over 5 years. Our residence is located .: miles from post office. I want to get mail delivered to our residence, like all other homes on our street. I went through the process of acquiring a mail box and got DOT to install. Post office refuses to deliver due to some ordinance or law that says you have to be at least 1 mile from PO go get delivery. My wife is disabled and I’m over 70, and the post office still won’t allow residence delivery! There is some grandfather clause that prohibits new deliveries less than a mile, even in special medical circumstances. Awaiting a meeting with Trinity mayor to discuss discrimination possibilities over this.

What a joke trying to get anything done with them. Trying to get a mail box.
