The BEST! I purchased 2 deer feeders and both were returned to tractor supply where I got them. They were assembled. Had to return them both. Went to tractor supply in Trinity the gentleman put a battery in it and ran it for me. WOW. It worked!!!! They are the best place and really care about their customers.Thank you!!!!

Another bad experience with this lady Hillary.. Went in to do something I never do, return something. So, I did not have my receipt but I always use my phone number so they can have a record. Problem one, the young lady couldn't help me so she walked of to help a customer just coming in. Problem two after standing there for awhile, this lady Hillary comes to help but she decides to stop helping me to help the customer that just walked in the store. Now I'm still standing there. Asking myself is this new customer more important than me, is it something else, can she tell this customer, I'll be with you in a minutes, or because I had a return I can wait. Most times I go there I use my TS credit but I paid cash because it was only a few dollars. I know when I gave her my phone number, she seen I paid cash for the product. She offered me a store credit because she said she didn't know how I paid. Why did she have a problem with paying me the same way I paid? If the service would have started good from the start a store credit might have been ok but it was the worst service ever. Since she made me feel unwelcomed I guess it's time for me to find somewhere else to shop. Thanks For The Worst Service Ever
