Giving 5 stars in advance, just to counter the one other review by an admitted NON-customer who gave one star due to sensing a "weird vibe" on the phone. (Seriously? Are we supposed to trust psychics for references now???)

Something seems very sketchy about this place. I trusted my instinct after talking to him and spent my money elsewhere. No customer service skills at all. Weird vibe.
