Every time I stop here the bathroom is closed... first time it was locked, and no one could find key... then it has been out of order.... I won't spend any money if I have to go somewhere else to pee. I'll spend it where I can pee, no time to waste here. I pass through here regular, and for one reason or another the bathroom is always closed.
