“Gas is a bit higher than it would be 10 mins down the road but that’s to be expected with no other gas close by… the food they make is delicious. Try the tacos you will not be disappointed!”

“Bakers has always been the friendliest place. A gas station with a very nice grocery as well. Now with new restaurant too, with excellent selection of entrees. I love their grilled chicken sandwich. A great little hangout that’s only getting better. They’ve built something of a little marina as their land extends all the way to the lake, with beautiful views. Can’t wait to see what materializes and exactly what they’ve got planned!”

“This grocery store is clean and well cared for. It’s about the only option for grocery stores in the area, but it’s pretty good. Not a huge store, but will have just about any grocery you could need. The staff were friendly and helpful. Prices are a bit high, but considering the relative remoteness and lack of other competition nearby, it should be expected.”

“76 or properly Union 76 is the brand of gasoline at Happy's convenience store. The gas is fair priced. There's plenty of room at the pumps. The convenience store is good with friendly service.”

“I was looking at the app which said they had 20 in stock of a particular item i was looking for. However, after looking every isle over 30 minutes i gave up and when i asked at the register, they said we havent sold that in years. Ridiculous that corporate cant fix the app. They would have gotten 5 stars even though the app was incorrect but when i asked for help, the girl told me its either here or behind the counter. Well i had loked in the here spot for over 6 minutes and instead of double checking, she went back to stocking shelves. When i was looking behind the counter, that employee never even offered to help.

I will say though that this is the most organized Dollar General I’ve ever been to or seen, but then that could be from the employees worried about stocking the shelves instead of helping the customers that come in looking for things they can’t find.”
