This is no longer Magers. It has changed hands and I don't remember name. That should tell you something. They need some work though. The cashier was very pleasant, you gained a star because of her.

I’m not sure who would rate this place more than one star. Every time I have shopped here, I have to hold my breath and get in and get out as fast as possible due to the smell. It’s rancid. The shelves are half empty, the floors are dirty, it grosses me out. I only ever stop here if I have no other options and only need one thing, but after today, I’ve had enough. I’ll drive out of my way to another store before I step foot in here again.

Formerly known as Mager's. This store is now called "Quick Food Mart" and is under new ownership.Good place to stop and shop. Nice little grocery store. They also have a kitchen that makes excellent tacos and other Mexican food. It's the same building in need of a remodel. Nice big parking lot, easy to get in and out of. Lots of room inside. Handicap accessible.

Stopped in and discovered new owners. Warm and friendly, made us pizza that was well priced and delicious & I didn’t even know they offered the service. Prices were good & new specialty items were nice to see.

I have been a customer of Magers for about 30 years. I have lived in towns such as Sherman.I would take Magers Food store over Wal-Mart, Kroger or any other Food chain.The meat market is well stocked and prices are within the standard.The store is always clean and the food on the shelves, neat and organized.People can find fault if they look. I certainly know that I am not perfect!It is an imperfect world!We are all blessed to have such a Great business as Magers.Please keep in mind when posting a review, try to keep it constructive.The point is to give the owner a chance to improve on service. I have read some of the reviews. Some, all negative!Pettits Grocery in Whitewright, I enjoyed for getting some things when I was in town.Pettits went out of business in 2015.I sure hope that Magers is here for years to come!
