Online and their door says they open at 8am. I pulled up at 8:05 to get an inspection done. The bay doors were all shut and the front door was locked. No lights were on but two cars were parked out front. By the time I decided to just try later I saw that they were in one of the cars kicked back on their phones. They saw me and had zero urgency to move or help me then continued to scroll. Really frustrating especially when trying to get things taken care of before toddler’s nap time.

I came in yesterday on a Friday and was told that the mechanic was not there and to come in Saturday the next day to talk to them so I did and when I got there he had left for lunch told me to come back in an hour so I came back and then when I get back the guys there but he said he won't look at my car because they're about to wrap things up but they don't close till 5:00 on Saturday and yet it's 3:00 this was a giant waste of my time , I don't know where Mo went but he needs to come back because he ran this place right .

I've been to a couple of other first choice tire locations in the area and have always had a good experience. This one does not disappoint either. I've been here a few times now to the Trenton location, and the service has always been fantastic. They get you in and out quickly and the prices are more than fair. The staff are super friendly and helpful. These guys are my go-to for car and tire maintenance.

WORST PLACE EVER!! Not only have myself, but a few others we know have come here and had a horrible experience. Not only are their tires complete junk but so is their customer service. My friend went in for a simple oil change on a car that is only driven one or twice a week and less than 20 miles round trip. Just a short period of time after getting his oil changed, the plug falls out, all the oil leaks out and the car starts making terrible noises. Tried to go to the owner and manager multiple times to try and get them to fix the situation. By the end of it all, they never fixed his car even though they said they did, then told them if he didn't get it off their property they would have it towed. It barely made it off the lot. The owners reasoning is because he didn't believe it was their fault the oil plug fell out and someone must have tampered with it. My friend doesn't know where the oil plug is located on his car. All they simply had to do was check the motor for any damage. The car was started with no oil in it and all you could hear was the bearings grinding. They even tried to put a receipt in his car that wasn't even the correct one after their "investigation", which was them looking at the cameras to see if a tiny little oil plug under the car was put in.... Not sure how a camera can see through a car and see what's going on underneath.... The guys running this place are POS's and they don't need to be in business. Don't waste your time or money!!
