I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Xfinity, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. I wish I could give them zero stars, but one is the lowest option available.I called Xfinity to schedule a service transfer to my new address, which should have been a straightforward process. However, after a 25-minute phone call to confirm the appointment, they failed to show up on the scheduled day. To make matters worse, there was no record of my appointment in their system, leaving me without internet, home security, and the ability to work from home for three agonizing days.To add insult to injury, ten days later, an Xfinity technician arrived unannounced to bury a cable in my backyard. Without any prior notification or identification, they set off my home alarm system, causing me significant distress. While they initially stated that my internet would be disrupted for only 10 minutes, I found myself without connectivity for over half an hour. To my shock, when I attempted to seek an explanation from the technician, they had vanished, leaving the job incomplete.The following day, I spent countless hours on the phone with Xfinity customer service, but my internet service remained disrupted. This entire ordeal resulted in not only an unacceptable loss of work but also a breach of my home security.My experience with Xfinity has been utterly unreliable, frustrating, and disappointing. I expected better from a company of their stature. I sincerely hope they take immediate action to rectify these issues and prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.If you value your time, security, and peace of mind, I strongly advise against choosing Xfinity for your internet and cable needs. Their lack of accountability and poor service delivery have left me thoroughly dissatisfied.I will be actively seeking alternatives for my service provider and hope others consider doing the same.

Was going to disconnect my service and the representative made it a very pleasant experience. Checked in my units and provide a receipt in a very friendly manner.

Absolutely no help at all. I went there to get for a SIM card malfunction, they told they needed a code from previous cell provider. I got the code cam back and they told me my account didn't exist. Are u joking. After being on the phone with the Philippines for four hours the previous night, they sent me out sim cards for all three phone and to tell me one phone wasn't in the system. I felt like I was at a cricket store. Lots of people were going out upset and I can see why. They are dropping the ball let and right. Then the sales rep says yes sir you should have come in the store because if u try to set up cell service over the phone its a mess. I'm like thanx for tell me but I don't want to have any parts of the cluster phuck.

Excellent service however the parking has a lot to be desired. It is inadequate,not shaded and due to the location (close to a popular sports store) there aren't enough parking spaces necessary for customer convenience. Bring your hiking shoes and lots of cool water for this adventure or look to another location.

Customer service is great BUT out here in Magnolia Tx the Internet continously cuts off and on again and again for a month straight. No explanation as to why either. Switching Internet providers before I get fired from my job since I work from home.

Xfinity has the worst customer service of any company i have ever dealt with. Disconnection is very difficult and the agents stall on purpose. I will never do business with Xfinity or Comcast again unless I absolutely have to.

the Xfinty store staff in Tomball are the best. I live in Houston, but I went to Tomball hoping to find good help and find a solution to my xfinity internet problem. as soon as I described the issues with my home internet/wifi and/or modem, Trevor instantly knew what I was talking about. he explained all the technical details, suggested a resolution. He sure was very knowledgable, professional, and well experienced.also, Daniel did a great job. he also helped me out and provided a superior customer service.Everyone, if you need help with Xfinity internet, save your time and just go to the Tomball store. You will get solid service and great tech advice.Thank you, Trevor & Daniel & everyone at that store!

Great experience here compared to the store on 99. That’s where I signed up at.excellent customer service.I tried calling for text support. They wanted me to open a new E-mail. No..!I went to the store Michael was so attentive patient so supportive.Took care of everything I was In an out in minutes. Thank you

I never want to leave a bad review-I will say however it’s frustrating that you cannot directly call the store - we thought we left something at the store Saturday and we could only find 1-800 numbers-They call center would not connect us to the store directly

Went up on Xfinity internet today. Easy, very fast in Magnolia, TX. Marvin, at their Tomball store, was great, knowagable, friendly and speedy. He was much faster on my cell phone keyboard than I (I'm old) and helped get me fully setup.
