I brought both of my shih tzus here yesterday. Unfortunately, my little girls had some mats in their hair. The groomer did an amazing job!

Tiffany was such an expert very professional with cats, I brought her both of my cats and she was nice enough to work them in the same day. She took good care of them wonderful job, and the front desk was also really good at customer service. Definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Cute shop to spoil your fur baby with sweet treats, fashionable accessories and more. Love that they text you when your pup is ready for pickup. We had Katie take care of our girl and she did a great job. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Shop is cleaned and organized. Plenty of local shops around to pass the time if you’re traveling from outside the Woodlands. Thank you!

We recently took our dogs, Theo and Chips, to Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming at The Woodlands, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! Tay and the team did a fantastic job, making sure our pups looked their best and were comfortable throughout the process. Both Theo and Chips came out looking fresh and well-groomed, and they seemed to really enjoy their time there. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our specific requests were met with care. We highly recommend Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming to anyone looking for top-notch grooming services. We've been going to this location for almost two years and we absolutely love it! Our pups have seen Nakita and Roxy- they both do an excellent job! I love that they offer an express option, my pups are able to be in and out

I had adopted my baby boy, Dallas, over a month ago. When I got him he was constantly scratching himself, loss of hair, and had dandruff. I told the woof gang staff his symptoms and suggested this shampoo and spray bottle. After a month of using it, I’m extremely happy with the results. From these pictures you can tell that it works and works well. Also you can’t forget the importance of a healthy diet when I got the dry freeze food my dogs loved it, and they helped with his skin. My dog still has a little bit of dandruff, but I use coconut oil for it.

I had a fantastic experience at Woof Gang in The Woodlands (Creekside)! The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service. They had a wide variety of supplies, and I was delighted to receive several samples. Parking was plentiful behind the store, which made my visit even more convenient. I highly recommend Woof Gang for all your pet needs!

I was strolling through the stores at Creekside, The Woodlands. I had my little Gracie with me, and she needed her nails clipped. I realized that there was this store like right in front of me. And I just took a chance that they would trim her nails and they did! Gracie had no problem. In fact, the groomer said she was very calm! I'm very picky, and I do it myself, but I'm getting older, and she needs better grooming than what I can do now. So thank you all!

All the staff at Woof Gang Creekside are always so friendly, helpful and knowledge. It’s so great they partnered with such great brands to provide good nutrition for your fur baby. Bigger plus that they have Jessica a dog nutritionist to help guide you on what you should be feeding your fur baby.

Alec came HIGHLY recommended and I cannot say enough good things about him! My dog was looking pretty raggedy after having a previous bad experience with a different groomer, and Alec was so kind and caring with him. He asked a lot of questions before the groom and spent time getting to know my dog before getting started. My dog looked and smelled amazing and didn't seem stressed out afterwards like he has with other groomers. Thank you Alec! :)

The absolute worst management! I had great experiences going here for over 1 1/2 yrs to get my dog groomed as I found a groomer that cut him great. But after my last experience, I will never go back! I scheduled my dog for an express groom which is all he has ever had there as he is a nervous Nellie and I don’t like to leave him for a long time. Typically you drop them off at nine pick them up at 12 I had to work at 1 o’clock and drove a half hour to drop them off there and spent some time in the area running some errands. After not hearing anything from them either called and they said that he was going to be ready in a couple of hours. I said, no, he’s there for an express groom. She said that wasn’t in the notes and she would have to check and see where the groomer was with him. Then she called me back and said he would be ready at 1pm. Had to call. My boss told him I would be late and then I continued to wait for him. They rushed the haircut. They didn’t trim the inside of his ears like I requested and they didn’t cut his nails. But they charge me the same amount. I told the manager to take the tip out of my payment because I would normally tip $20 for the groomer but since they are charging me the same amount you’re not getting any more she said OK. She didn’t care, she was an apologetic… It was just an awful experience with management.

I was so scared to bring my large dog to get his nails done after a bad experience at the bigger stores. I will definitely be back here, they made me and my dog feel so comfortable! Such an incredible atmosphere!
