About the location: It is small and serves a lot of people. I have used most of their services at this place and have no complaints.About the bank: I have been a customer for over 22 years. Solid financials (bank credit rating), never a mistake of even a single cent all this time on all of my accounts.

My husband and I have been with this bank for years and at this location. They have a new manager named Canisha Scott Caraballo who isn’t friendly at all. Doesn’t even try to provide any good customer service. Hope they move her quickly because they will keep losing customers there. They have a lady out there trying to get new customers and the manger inside being rude. Doesn’t make any sense!!! I closed my account today and will be having my husband doing the same.

The manager is a blond lady always has a scowl on her face like she's been suckin on lemons all day..never very helpful and unpleasant personality all around

Very rude and were charging for notary signature $8/page. Ridiculous when banks do it for free. I went to WellsFargo and FREE. If you do not want to give great customer service, find you another job.

Super rude employees. Don’t care to help you with your issues. Not empathetic whatsoever. All of them are catty and not friendly. Will be closing my Woodforest accounts because this is not the first bad experience I have had. I hate this bank!!!! And it’s employees.

Two people working when I arrived on 10/3/18 at about 950am. Only one working counter. Line of 6 people. Hasn't moved up one spot aside from people 7 and 8 who left waiting behind me. Other gentleman seems uninterested in helping. Hasn't said a word or apologized for the wait. Just VERY slow
