I was craving a thin crusted pizza. So I stopped by Pizza Hut in Tomball Tx. I ordered a med thin crust with hamburger, pepperoni, and tomatoes a long with iced tea. At the time I was to only one there. When my pizza was delivered to my table it was over cooked. The hamburger was burnt and after getting some of the pizza down I needed a refill on my tea. However, the waiter ignored me. Now a week earlier I ordered the same thing from another Pizzs Hut and it cost me $16.00. The Pizza Hut in Tomball charged me $20.00 for the same pizza as ordered at the other place. My recommendations are avoid this restaurant. There are far better pizza restaurant around. This us why in giving them 1 star.

We need to outpizza the hut. Just to make this review useful I have to say one thing. Their wings are the best things ever and they're worth it. Now we need to outpizza the hut. The plan is on January 3rd we need to raid pizza hut and OUTPIZZA THE HUT! Each of us will make our own pizza stands like lemonade stands in front of pizza hut. They each will be called Outpizza The Hut Raid. If they say we can't sell pizza here then say "well you're selling pizza here." WE NEED TO GO AND OUTPIZZA THE HUT!

If i could i rate a 0 i would . I ordered a pizza at 7:30, it is 9:49 and I still do not have my pizza. They called me said they lost my order but would have it right out... that was 50 minutes ago, i live 2 miles from the store, and of course they won't answer the phone

Call center is not in communication with what the stores sell and what they will try to sell you on the phone. Call center does not forward orders made through them to the store. Online ordering has been disabled. Phones and internet are also no working. Made an order through the call center (even though I called the stores number). The man at the center said that my order was placed and would be ready for pickup. When I arrived they had never even heard of my order and had nothing in their system. I began ordering what I had already ordered through the call center to find they weren't even selling those products anymore despite current advertisements and the man at the call center saying that they had them. When I asked for the manager's name, she refused to give it to me and said that it was because she didn't want me getting her in trouble for something she couldn't control. This location has gone downhill. Will not be back.

Will never go here again... The host was nice when we walked in, and our server did his best. But that was it. The menus were VERY out of date. I asked for a glass of wine, (on the menu) not served any more. Asked for a sweet tea instead, it was warm with about three ice cubes. Asked where the salad bar is located, not in service anymore. The menus themselves were dirty, both myself and my friend commented that we thought there was something on our hands, nope, the menus. My friend ordered a Buffalo Chicken Salad. They forgot to toss the chicken in the buffalo sauce, instead brought the sauce to her in a side cup. As she ate her salad, she mentioned that the tomatoes were bad, she had to spit one out. Her son and I waited for our dishes to be delivered, and waited and waited. Finally, after about 20-25 minutes, we got the waiter to come over and asked where the other two entree were, his response was, their online delivery pizzas were taking over the ovens, they were really backed up. Another 10 or so minutes, our dishes came. One small pepperoni personal pan pizza and one pasta dish. The pizza was cute in its little serving dish, but my pasta was presented in a rectangle aluminum TV dinner style 3/4" pan, leaning into a large salad bowl. These two dishes should have taken ten minutes to complete at most. We waited for 45 minutes. To top it off, as I'm paying for the dinner, I asked the waited how long he worked there, he said four months till tonight... they fired him because he was wearing a braided string around his wrist. He wasn't preparing food, just waiting tables and cashing people out. He was still working because he didn't want to bail on his friends.... Should've bought a TV dinner, would have been better...

To even have a eat in pizza hut still is pretty cool as I remember eating in as a kid but really nice when the food is still good and the place is for the most part ran good. Place is clean and even bathrooms clean. Also a great place to go late at night as they are open pretty late. Wings there are amazing and very meaty. Good place overall.

Worst experience ever! I ordered one pizza online and went to pick it up after 30mins. The website says it takes 15-20min once you ordered. But they had not started making my pizza when I got there, after15mins waiting inside the restaurant, I asked the cashier again. She had poor attitude. No apology given! The pizza tasted so bad. The thin crust is hard like rock! Do not go to this location if you really want Pizza Hut! Or go to Dominos or Marcos Pizza!

Never answered their phone. I needed to make a change on an order and had to call their main office. The main office told me they would forward me to this location. After many failed attempts, the corporate number finally made the change for me. Horrible.

Didn't have large expectations for a Pizza Hut but if you're going to have a sit down please staff it with employees that will take ownership for errors or ability to make decisions. It was 55 degrees outside and the AC was blowing inside. Our table and other guests kindly asked if they can turn up the temperature- the employee then stated she is not allowed to touch the thermostat. With every request or even question about the bill all we were given were excuses. So annoying- next time we will just have pizza delivered better yet take out business elsewhere.

I don't know why they don't answer their phones. Had an issue, manager told my boyfriend it was free. When he got home he didn't even have the full amount of one order when it was double orders, nothing was free. They actually took more out of my account twice than the total. Spent a half hour trying to call and switched over to not there store, then transferred back. I had surgery so I had to go up and try to fix it which I shouldn't be out. Asked for district manager to call.. that didn't happen. And when the manager was trying to figure out why my amount was more than I paid she said I didn't leave a tip. Which he left a cash tip for carry out. District manager emailed 4 days later vaguely explaining the issue. I am reaching out in regard to your recent Pizza Hut experience. I would like to apologize that you were not taken care of to our standards. The credit for the other order, since it was not closed out, is the amount reflected in your order. The amount the manager offered to refund was for the actual order that you received.I apologize if that was not explained. I hope I have been helpful in resolving this for you. If you have any further questions, please reply to this email and I will answer as quickly as possible. It doesn't even make sense. Resolve what? My boyfriend told the manager he didn't want it for free and she insisted. Did she expect us to pay for the pizzas we weren't taking and the app double ordered and charged twice?? My fault for not reading reviews. Plenty of other pizza options in the area fortunately.

I ordered online and I made a mistake and hit a wrong button. The woman offered to remake it even though it was my error. That was an awesome response to what was clearly my error. Thanks for caring about your customers.

Customers BEWARE of credit card theft from their employees! After failed attempts to place a pretty basic online order through the mobile app, we gave up and decided to call in our order. The young man, who's name will remain anonymous, could barely speak English. That experience seemed bad enough until the next morning rolls around and found out via the bank that while he couldn't speak English, he was certainly able to take the credit card number and use it to charge clothing from several different websites minutes after giving him the info over the phone!!!!
