I scheduled appointment for replacing my VW windshield. Agreed the price and make of glass as PGW in writing by sales girl Jenny who responds to all the calls. Checked a night before the appointment if the glass is available? They confirmed in writing that glass has arrived. When I reached there, David told me that the screen had a crack and they have ordered a new one. Kept waiting for 2 hours. They replaced and didn’t allow me to get into workshop for insurance issue. Upon completion I figured out they put an inferior glass without informing me. David said I should speak to the sales person. The sales person Jenny said she is not anutho to do anything. Anyway, nothing could be done at that point as per them. David said he won’t give any discount either. They were trying to convince me that I am better off and that they have done 800$ job in 500. I said that’s besides the point. Just wanted to share my experience of this fraud. My argument was they should have informed me about the change of glass make. That’s how they cheat the customers. Took me 4.5 hours. After driving a bit I got noise on the right side of the windshield and went back. David was furious and started shouting that I am trying to make up things. Without even checking. He harassed me by shouting and I had to literally run. Every single word is true without any exaggeration. I wish I had recorded when he shouted at me. Please use your judgement before deciding as they were the cheapest for obvious reasons. So, you can imagine what’s the value of their so called life time warranty which they offer. Horrible experience. I wish I could give 0 stars.

David and his team are professional and have great customer service! I called a few days ago and David was able to find my windshield a few hours away and was able to get it for install in a day. The installers were friendly and explained everything to me with regards to care. This company went beyond and above for my service needs! I was devastated my new Jeep had a major crack from a rock on the highway. David & Jenny assured me my windshield will be exactly how it was before. Let me tell you!! They came through and exceeded my expectations!! They are a wonderful team and will make sure you’re completely satisfied! I talked to Jenny yesterday and she worked fast to have my appointment the next day and windshield fixed 100%. Called yesterday afternoon to get my windshield replaced on 2021 F150. Had me in the shop and fixed the very next morning! Great work, looks awesome and even calibrated the camera and sensors for the lane control with OEM glass. Definitely recommend.

Incredibly helpful staff.I am in NY and called this shop for advice on an issue that both the dealership and safelite were unable to solve.Without offering them any business, David was very responsive and helpful.
