UPDATE: 07/29/24 .. they never sent the "OVERNIGHT" paperwork as promise for the repair affidavit because that process takes 2-3 business days. When you ask why they didn't tell you that, they claim they did. Both myself and the Banker at the branch agree this is what LANCE in property loss told me. Now they can't tell you when the property affidavit will be delivered so I can fix my house. All I need is the insurance check endorsed to pay contractors to fix my house. Why can't you FAX the form to the branch while I'm sitting there so I can sign and return via fax the same day and lessen the insult. When asked if I will have to do this same insane process for every check I receive for this house no one can give me a straight answer. This is the most insane thing I've ever had to deal with. Get it together Wells Fargo. I don't deserve this stress in the middle of hurricane damage.
I'm giving Well Fargo in general a one star for their check endorsement process for home owners who receive checks from their insurance company to fix their house. I don't understand why endorsing a check for home repairs takes up to a week to carry out. Why is the repair affidavit form now accessible by a banker to fax to the proper location for same day approval. This is ridiculous and adds ever more insult to the homeowner who suffered the injury. Now I have to go through his paperwork nightmare just to endorse a check to repair my home after hurricane Beryl and RESCHEDULE contractors - so who knows when they will be able to return to fix my house. DUMB process that should be accessible are you banking branch location. Ty Davis assisted me and went above and beyond to help me get this done possibly today but no, I have to wait on Fedex'd papers overnight - whenever you get around to it, sign papers and return, and wait yet about (fill in the blanks) business days for you to do your thing so I can get my check endorsed. DUMB. SIMPLY DUMB! Thank you TY for your patience with me and going above and beyond - I'm sorry you couldn't solve the problem but your dedication to my specific issue is much appreciated.

Walked in to get check stock they literally have workers just sitting around while the drive through lines are long and one tell up front literally , then they now charge you one dollar per check . Crazy I won’t return to this location

At the drive through or in the lobby do t go unless you have 20- 30

Place where you make an appointment and ask for the language they have available, you confirm your appointment with joy and you end up with disappointment and time lost due to respect for everyone inside and outside, if you are not going to comply with their system, do not commit. That place is not recommended because it is disrespectful and if the staff is not complying with the policy, why do they continue working? If what the bank is looking for is to grow or stay better every day, types of people like that let the most expected clients go.

Waiting on the lobby to take care of business. No sign in sheet and they skipped me because I "didn't sign in properly" helped a lady that walked in ten minutes after me. Very rude. Banking managers name was Maria

They really need to fix the atms!!! You can NEVER deposit money through them and it's the only wells fargo in tomball now .

I stopped in at the last minute for assistance with an account for my Mother and the Manager “Marco” did a wonderful job helping me! I was very impressed with this young man and would highly recommend this branch to anyone! Marco also followed up with me a few weeks later to update an item that needed my attention. Very professional!

2920 Tomball location is terrible. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thur line. The other Wells Fargo location that was shut down was top notch. This is unacceptable.

I went in there to open a business account and they scheduled me to go back at 2pm, I went back at 2pm and they told me that I still had to wait an hour or to reschedule. Why schedule an appointment if they’re not going to help me the time I had scheduled for. The people in this location are a mess and rude, I don’t recommend opening a bank account in this location

I went to this branch. There was no one who spoke Spanish but the lady of Indian origin who attended to me was very patient with me, she tried to speak to me in Spanish and I tried to speak to her in English and we didn't understand very well. I completed my transaction satisfactorily, it's a shame that I don't see your name, but anyway, thank you very much.

I ordered foreign currency for a trip. Not only did they not bother to notify me when it came it, but when I picked it up, it was in an envelope and they would not allow me to open it and check that it was the correct amount. Instead, I was informed that the transaction was over and I needed to get out of line so they could help the next customer. I order $1,300 USD in two other currencies, so I should have been allowed to count it. Then, I went to sit in a chair in the lobby to count it and two employees came over to tell me they did call me and it absolutely felt like bullying. I’ll NEVER go back to that branch.
