Impossible to access on line. Will not accept password. Wants it changed every time. Does not recognize face password or fingerprint. So impossible only a hacker could get through.

Horrible service unless you like waiting 40 minutes while 3 staff members help 1 person with a simple transaction. Won't even acknowledge your presence until you speak up. Need to close this Branch rapidly

I came in on a Saturday to do some banking business and was told I needed an apt and they couldn’t help me. The earliest I could get me in was Thursday, another 5 days from than and wasn’t going to work. The manager who I was speaking with was so nonchalant about the situation and she had no customer service and even admitted it. She said maybe I should check out another location. Meanwhile I was there for almost 30 minutes at this time and not a single person came into that location. They could have helped me and sent me on my way within that time instead of finding every excuse not to help. I ended up at the Jones location who took me right in (with other customers already in the building) and they were beyond helpful. I would recommend to pass right by the Tomball Wells Fargo and do your banking needs at jones rd.

Walked into lobby needed a replacement debit card . They were not busy yet told by rude attendant i would need appointment. No signage on front door stating this fact. I explained i didnt have a local wells fargo and had drove 1hr and could i make appointment and wait in my truck. She told me no.

Everyone is this bank from the Manger Susan, down to the employees are as d*** as a box of rocks! I would NEVER do business with this location or Wells Fargo as a company every again! Please go somewhere else!
