I did a pickup order and showed up at 9:30pm with my pickup window being between 9-10pm. I checked in and waited in the parking stall and received a notification that my order was delivered and complete at 9:47pm when no one came out to give me the groceries. I went inside to speak with customer service and they stated the department in charge of that already left and my items were nowhere to be found. The customer service rep said they likely gave my order away. I am super discouraged about this and definitely won’t be coming to this store anymore.

Going into the store, you get all your items and better prices by getting some great value instead of name brand.

Neat and clean walmart with friendly staff and everything is available most of the time. Still they are not going for 24 hrs operations.
Their curbside pickup is busy in evening time so better do it in the morning hrs

Wow nicest most modern Walmart I have ever been in. I was shocked when my friend told me that it was just remodeled. Our local store was just remodeled and after looking at this they need to get their money back.

There is a greeter named Gale. I bought some food. Was sitting and enjoying it with my wife. She came and started hassling us about sitting there. I am sure if we were white, she would have left us alone. I am a paying customer. There was no reason to bother us other than she didn't like brown people eating at her Walmart. Racism is not appreciated. Hopefully Walmart will solve her problem with people who are not as white as her.

I went in this evening to self check out. With a few items. One item came out to 25.97 (or something) and I couldn’t tell what it was. I pressed the button for assistance and the African lady standing and pointing to open check outs glanced over and when she came to help me I asked her, “hey, I’m not sure what I got that’s 25.97 but I don’t need it. I’m sorry” so she responds “don’t you want to just go over to customer service so the people in line don’t she to WAIT ON YOU?”
??♀️ is this just a Houston thing, where people are rude and unkind to others, even when they’re working, even when I’m being nice?
You are presuming I have 26 additional dollars to spend the plate was in a spot with the same other plates that said 6.96. I am not asking for a discount or oh it was in the wrong spot, just please help me take it off real quick. I literally bought 2 tshirts, 1 salad, tweezers and like 8 notebooks all the same color, size and price. 2 dog sprays. So it’s one item, she quickly located the item took it off and walked away while I was speaking to her.
I was so personable and friendly toward her. The way she should be acting as someone who gets money to work at Walmart

Gas light you into feeling guilty for needing something from me.
I try to brighten peoples day and it just sucks when you send me out of your store in tears because you are heartless, have no etiquette or class, low bottom of the totem pole not professional.
Walmart employees need etiquette? Or just Houston? I dealt with 2 other workers in Walmart at auto and beauty paying 3 separate transactions.
I have a whole story about trying to be in auto too.
We all have jobs, we should all be capable of being professional and kind in all circumstances. Otherwise you need to find a new job if you can’t deal with people. I work too.

They must not require workers to smile and speak at this location. Also, no one ever comes to open the infant formula just go to HEB or Kroger for your formula needs

Very organized but it seems illogical to me that they have canceled one of the exits and they have few staff at the checkout counters, which slows down the exit from the store. I don't want to imagine when it is a heavy shopping day the chaos that will occur when leaving through a single door
