First time to this location. Moved to the area and this Walmart was recommended to me. I usually go to Target. I know this is a Walmart store, and I don't know why but I figured since on the edge of the Woodlands it would have been a lot nicer but them realized it is the edge of Tomball. lol So, no real difference than any other newer Walmart. It was Jan 1st New Year's Day and not to busy. But found everything I needed and well stocked. Will return next time I need a Walmart.

Service at this is very important to all employees the store is always clean and fully stocked. This I was on a handicapped shopping cart and the battery died. A store employee heard the battery beeping and said pushed me to the shopping carts. Pulled out a fully charged vehicle and reloaded my shopping goods into the charged up handicapped cart. I was so pleased since II have mobility issues. Then while I was shopping he went thru store to see if I needed assistance.

This Walmart deserves a zero rating. Worst Walmart I have ever had to shop at. Placed an online delivery order early in the morning, I am talking before 9am to be delivered by 11AM. Waiting for my order 10:30AM delayed. Call the store speak with the Online Pickup Department manager and I am told that my order is there but they do not have a delivery driver because of the cold so it may be a little longer. I wait until 2pm nothing. I call the store and the phone rings for 23mins no answer. I call back waiting another 10 mins for customer service no answer. My wife calls in and I call in as well at the same time to see if anyone picks up. 30 mins of waiting someone answers my wife's call. My wife asks for the manager and is told they do not have one. WHAT!!!! How can you not have a manager. My wife asks again and the person on the phone tells my wife to hush like she is a child really????? WTF. I know if it was face to face the Walmart employee would not have disrespected my wife that way. My wife asks for her name and she hangs up. I decided to just go down to the Walmart in person and talk to the manager. Now here we are almost 9 hours later. No delivery, no idea what's even going on. I get to the store which is 20 mins out of my way. Talk with the store manager and I am told they do not know who answered the phone. So nothing they can do about it. I talk to the OPD manager and they go to get my order. 30 mins later the OPD manager comes back out and says that they haven't even started to pick the order yet. Even though I called at 10:30AM and asked if my order was ready and I was told it was. 6 1/2 hours later it hadn't even been picked. The OPD manager tells me that they will go pick it, it will just be about 45 mins for the 4 items. No sorry, no acceptance of responsibility nothing just pushed off like they could careless if I shop at Walmart or not. This Walmart allows its employees to talk however they want to customers because no one is accountable not even the Store Manager.

I now will never ever shop at Walmart again. Come here if you want to be treated like trash and have some doors locked behind you. I regret shopping here but will not make the mistake again. The only benefit before was a small amount of convenience.

Not really late night, I stopped here at about 9pm on Sunday to pick up a few things from the grocery side. The store was in good shape and the associates were working hard to restock.I found the few items I wanted were in stock and there was no line at the self-checkout to pay. Only two other registers were staffed with associates and they each had a short queue. Self-checkout it was and it worked fine.[Review 17377 overall - 394 in Texas - 895 of 2022.]

FALSE ADVERTISING and ACCUSATORY EMPLOYEES. DONT BUY YOUR VACUUMS HERE. We visit often, but last night ventured to buy a new vacuum since our other one died. Got a cheap-o since we spent $300+ on the last one and it didn't last long. While we where there, we saw an awesome rollback price on a Crosswave! Too good to pass up, so we brought it to the front. We get up there, and it scanned for way more than the price advertised. My Husband went back with the employee and showed them the tag under the ACTUAL DISPLAY THAT WALMART PUT TOGETHER AND HAS DISPLAYED STILL... and wouldn't honor the Price. It's the exact vacuum. Literally the vacuum they took out of the same box we brought to the front, put it together, and put a giant tag below it. They then accused my Husband of switching the tags, accused him of lying, and were very rude and condescending to him. We bought the Crosswave anyway, because it was still on rollback, but NONE of their vacuums are displayed at the right price. So buyer beware. I've attached a picture. The purple Crosswave in the photo on the right is NOT $199. Instead it is $249! Insane. False Advertising, and extremely rude accusatory Employees. We looked through the mess of the Vacuum aisle to find that EXACT one that's displayed and they still wouldn't honor it. If your employees can't stock correctly, or even your Dept Manager can't manage their inventory and displays correctly (which is kinda a big deal) maybe you should find a new one. They expect customers to instead of looking at the displays... go through the tag to find the barcode, check the barcode on EVERY SINGLE BOX... and find the right vacuum. Bogus. And check your cameras before you start accusing your loyal paying customers.

The nicest Walmart I've ever been in hands down. Doesn't have as large of a selection as some others but I'll sacrifice that for cleanliness and courtesy. Staff has always been willing to go above and beyond to help me find what I'm looking for. I'm thrilled to live less than 10 minutes away from the best prices in town on nearly everything and their curbside service has been such a godsend. Always fast and efficient service with a smile and very few errors. Excellent separate area for grocery pickup that makes it all a breeze. Couldn't be happier with this location!
