Waited for 15 minutes for someone to come talk to me and nobody did, so I left. You get what you pay for at Walmart. It's cheap but the employees at the auto center. They're as bad as they come. Just go to Jiffy Lube!!!!!!

They did a good job installing my new tire.It wasn't busy when I went so that was good. Grabbed a bite at the McDonald's in the store, picked up the car and took off.No problems, no hassle. I don't think I've ever had problems with a Walmart tire install. And they last just as long as the ones you get from the specialty stores. Just pick your brand.

Professional and all were very helpful. Did not attempt to sale extra service to make a quota like many service centers. Just made sure I knew the difference in what I was purchasing (tires)

This place is an absolute mess. I ordered tires online Nov. 8th and scheduled an installation appointment for nov. 25th at 5pm. I arrived for my appointment Wednesday at 4:30pm to find them closed, I called the number on the appointment email to find out they not only closed at 4pm that day but they also are no longer taking appointments. However the person on the phone Roque, who was really rude told me my tires were there and they were open on Friday from 8am-5pm.Fast forward to the Friday, We got there at 1:30pm to get my tires installed. I gave Roque my information and he pulled up my order. After shopping around for a bit (about 40 mins) we went back to the auto shop to see if the tires were installed to find out they couldn’t even find them. So they didn’t even check on Wednesday when I had asked if my tires arrived but rather rushed to get me off the phone and said they were there.Shout out to Kim for stepping in and taking care of us, she called OGP (since it was an online order) and had them confirm they were in fact there they were just to lazy to scan them in correctly.Over the next 30 mins while Roque frantically looked for the tires, and almost gave me the incorrect, cheaper tires. Kim filled us in with what was happening and made sure everything was good while we waited.Turns out the tires had an account number on them and not my name. However this would have never been an issue had they been properly logged in the system.We eventually we did leave with the correct tires but it took up almost 3 hrs of our time while we waited. Once again I appreciated Kim for her help and truly taking care of customer needs!
