I had a very positive experience at this location today with Ibrahim G (SFC), he seems to know where every single item in the store is, carry’s an infectiously positive attitude and honestly just brightened my day. The rest of the staff were great as well, but this man actually cares and goes out of his way to show it.

Very rude pharmacist. I told her I was picking up and she rolled her eyes and said "I just got this, it is not ready". I came a few minutes early to give them my new insurance knowing it might not be ready, but would be in the next few minutes. I am honestly embarrassed how they can be so rude.

Been going here since it opened for prescriptions, but not anymore. Thus has to be the worst pharmacy around. They are always out of my meds and can't figure out how to get my refills aligned.

This is the friendliest and most helpful pharmacy I've ever been to and I've been to them all over the world. The staff is efficient and knowledgeable. Most of the problems associated with the previous reviews are all at a corporate level or an issue with the patients doctors. They deal with idiot customers, doctors offices and insurance companies all day and they still have enough to smile when I get there.

7 people working and none of them have a clue what they are doing. They have lines everywhere. They have one girl who seems to have a clue and everyone else is just walking around.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. I called this pharmacy to see if they have my medication in stock, and after checking they assured me that they did have it in stock. So my doctor immediately sent my prescription there. When I went to pick it up the next morning they said they didn’t have it. I asked what happened and they initially said “first come, first serve”. I told them I called them just the night before and they said they didn’t have it in stock when I called. So then the person I spoke to just lied to me. So can they help me find another Walgreens that does have it in stock? Nope. They wouldn’t even try to help after confirming that they lied to me the night before. Ridiculous.

My personal experience in this Walgreens have been very positive, and I have been there many times for multiple purposes: flu shot, over-the-counter medications, prescriptions, etc. The service is usually very fast and efficient.

definitely worse walgreens i would rather drive to my old walgreens location i arrived via drive through at 1:25 pm because it was a car in front of me the lady proceeds to tell me it’s lunch time and to come back i clearly arrived before it was lunch time but i have to wait until you finishing eating

This is a poor excuse for a pharmacy. The staff (when they actually show up and open for business) are utterly incompetent - I had one lady argue with me about their text notifications after I handed her my damned phone to read the message herself. That leads me to their prescription database computer system, which clearly is no better. I'd say they'd be better off with a pad of paper and a #2 pencil, but I wonder how many of their staff are actually literate.

I made an online photo order, just a few prints. Went to go pick up the order and the lady behind the counter, didn’t get her name, she’s older with grey hair, Caucasian. She told me that order never came through. I tried to show her the order number and the confirmation emails showing it was ready to get picked up and she just didn’t care to look. She was just not helpful and pretty rude. I guess the system was messed up which is fine but she didn’t even try to help me at all. She seemed pretty frustrated and didn’t look like she knew what was going on in that photo department. So aggravating
