Had issues with my prescriptions and the lack of power in Houston, and was told to figure it out myself. You would think that professionals who do this everyday would offer more help and guidance, NOPE! not at this Walgreens, apparently it’s self service

We went in on Sunday May 5th to get our kids passport photos done. The young lady who assisted us named Jess and another young gentleman whose name we did not get, were extremely helpful and friendly. There was some complications with their system that morning and Jess was extremely apologetic and truly went above and beyond to assist us. My wife and I were really impressed with their attentiveness and we hope they receive some sort of recognition for their assistance. Happy to discuss with management in detail how appreciative we are of them and all their help that day.

Pharmacy closes for lunch every day and there is often a long line with only 1 person working. I’ve been a customer for 8 years and each year has had worse customer service. I’ll be moving my prescriptions.

NO customer service. Call and ask about Canvas, told I dont know, not my job, and transferred me to another person. He made it clear I was just bothering him and told me to check their website. I kindly asked if he could make sure, and was told no, it's up to me. Never again will I set foot in there.

The pharmacy manager tried his best to help offer best price for prescription drug. He was also friendly and we had a good chat. He also explained how to take the drug properly. Thanks

Where do I begin ...this Walgreens ALWAYS fail at something.The last time and I meant the last time I ordered photo prints from here I got home and it was pictures of a totally different family and they claim to have lost my prints and it was nothing they could do.Secondly different day I ordered an only order of vitamins and detergent..I get home and it was no vitamins in the bag but I was charged took me weeks to actually deal with them for a refund.Lastly the black bright skin girl in the pharmacy drive thru was extremely rude,I came for prescriptions and they informed me I only had one.Then I called and advised them that I had others prescriptions my doctor sent since last week and they told me come right back so I get there and the rude Pharmacy Tech was like we just got the order you can either come in and wait or drive back around I mean she was extremely rude if I wanted to come in I would have did that in the first place..and the prescriptions should have been filled since last week they didn't just get the order.Why be rude just apologize for the mistake and fill the prescription.she made me drive around again ..I've now been here at Walgreens for more than a hour back on another long line..I dread coming here but this is the location closest to my home.

Walgreens is a great place to pick up medications, the odd household item, other personal needs, and even snacks. There staff is always helpful (they actually seem to be happy).

8.24.23 Dropping off expired meds. A few Walgreens have these great metal boxes you can drop your expired meds or meds you no longer are taking. All pharmacies should have these boxes!

This place got all of my pictures wrong and there was only 10 picture when I ordered 11.this place also does not have a way to see your orders so you can’t see what you have ordered. No wonder they have a 2.6 star review.
