Do NOT use this Walgreens for your pharmacy needs. AWFUL service and they shut down in the middle of the day with no warning. This had happened on multiple occasions. Drive thru will be closed with no sign advising they are closed and why. Go inside and the pharmacy is open. Pharmacy service is beyond slow and they talk to customers in a very rude manner. I'm transferring all my prescription needs to CVS.

Arrived for vaccine appointment on time. Tech in pharmacy was rude. Was told they were more than an hour behind schedule which defeats purpose of having an appointment. Waited for around 30 min and during that time not one individual received their shot. The line just kept getting longer. I'm guessing whoever was giving the injections was out for an extended lunch break. They have lost my business

Our family been with this Walgreens location north Eldridge spring cypress for so long, the reason is because are closer to our house, I tried to not get angry to this location because of the old man who is in this Phamacy this old man need to be fire, how come they keep him pick up the phone in the drive thru? he is very rude rude so rude every single time we speak to him-but this time I can't handle what he said to me or to who ever as a costumer like me, I was told him what want to cancel and I only want to keep this prescription and I don't want That, he kept gave me the one that I don't want and kept gave it to me and I even show him on my phone too that I was cancel on online order already but what I heard from him is like he look at my phone and said ( I DONT CARE What it is ) to me this word go speak to your own child at your house and please do not use this word to the costumer like us, I'm Like is this how to talk to costumer so I decided to get in to the Phamacy to see if he still keep saying it to me again ( I don't care what it is) I'm so pissed, I won't be back because of this old MAN

SO awful to deal with. Staff is rude and prescriptions take forever. Do yourself a favor and visit the CVS in Target. They fill scripts in 15 minutes and are super friendly.

Booked an appt for my 3 yr old and had to take off work and make a 30 minute drive just to get there to find out the clinic was closed because no physician was at work. A notice would have been nice so annoyed and irritated but my wasted time

It's my neighborhood Walgreens for last several years. Always great for cards, medicine, and mini-grocery runs. Happy to be a regular customer.

The pharmacy staff is extremely rude. The tech "Lolita" processing orders through the drive through refused to give my husband his prescription with his temporary license (his license had expired so he had the paper one in the meantime) so I came to get his medicine for him. As I'm waiting for them to come on the mic I hear her getting into a dispute with the car next to mine. After finishing arguing with them she addressed me very rudely. I requested her name and she refused to give it to me. She tells me to talk to the pharmacist. Gary comes on the mic and is rude and flat out asks me "what my issue is". Obviously I'll be escalating this matter, but I'd recommend not ruining your day by filling your prescriptions here.

Clinic attendant is more concerned about sitting doing nothing and leaving than she is about helping people get well. Save your time and go down the street to RediClinic at HEB spring cypress and Grant. Longer hours and will do what they can to work you in. Don't know about you but when I don't feel good I want someone that will go the extra mile and a "facility that has better hours. Redi Clinic is open until 8 pm. And oh... by the way... get your prescription at heb too. Very accommodating "and" longer hours!!
